| 中文摘要: | 随着社会的发展,人们的意识较以往有较大的改变。就团队管理而言,权威已不再使团队成员信服,因此团队迫切需要建立柔性的管理机制。在团队内部,信任的重要性越来越凸显,团队信任可以降低管理和监督成本,可以激发团队成员的工作积极性等。同时,随着团队的发展以及科技水平的提高,对于网络化办公和分布式办公的依赖愈加明显,通过电子邮件传递信息几乎成为每一个团队必要的沟通和管理手段。电子邮件以其实时、可靠、快捷、方便存档等特性成为最关键的沟通方式,也使整个团队管理趋于扁平化。因管理扁平化带来管理幅度的增加,人际关系也会变得复杂。人际关系复杂的好处在于团队成员之间可以互相牵制,岗位之间可以职务轮换,但弊病在于为团队信任的形成制造障碍。而电子邮件承载了团队中的人际关系、办公室政治等,这样的特质给团队管理带来了一定的阻碍,使原本给团队办公带来便利的电子邮件文化的特质异化了。归其原因,电子邮件文化的异化实质是团队信任的异化。 本文基于国内外文献,梳理了信任的概念、信任的维度及信任的产生机制,并分析了团队信任、团队信任异化的起因、表现和对团队建设的不良影响。本文中对电子邮件文化的优势、劣势及异化表现进行分析,并针对X公司形成的电子邮件文化分析其形成原因以及影响。在文章末尾对团队信任的建设提出了普遍性的建议。 通过理论推演和案例分析可以得出,信任是对风险的把控,团队信任重塑与团队制度设计、内部控制、领导力有必然的联系。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the development of society, people's consciousness has changed greatly than in the past. In terms of team management, authority no longer can convince the team members, so the team urgently needs to establish a flexible management mechanism. Within the team, the importance of trust is more and more prominent. Team trust can reduce management cost and supervision cost; can stimulate the enthusiasm of team members and so on. At the same time, with the development of the team and the level of science and technology, people show their dependent on network office and distributed office. Transmit information through e-mail almost becomes necessary communication and management tools in every team. E-mail is real-time, reliable, fast, easy to archive, it become the most critical way of communication, but also make the team management tends to flatten, which makes the interpersonal relationships complicated. The advantage of interpersonal complexity is that team members can be intertwined and change their positions; it also barriers to team trust building. E-mail carries the interpersonal relationships, office politics, and such features, which originally bring convenience, have brought some obstacles to the team management, which lead to the alienation of e-mail culture. The alienation of e-mail culture is the alienation of team trust. Based on the domestic and foreign literature, this paper combs the concept of trust, the dimension of trust and the mechanism of trust, and analyzes the causes, manifestations and adverse effects of team trust, team trust alienation. This paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages and alienation of e-mail culture, and analyzes the causes and effects of the e-mail culture formed by Company X. At the end of the article, the author puts forward a general proposal for the construction of team trust. Through theoretical deduction and case analysis can be drawn, trust is the control of the risk, and there are connections between team trust remodeling and team system design, internal control, and leadership. | |
