中文摘要:“工业4.0”和“中国制造2025”标示着人类社会进入了新一轮的工业革命。“智能物流”是这两个概念的核心组成部分。智能物流是连接供应商、生产商和客户的重要环节,也是构建未来智能化工厂的基石。目前国内许多汽车零部件厂商,他们的物料管理非常粗放,普遍暴露出库存成本高、呆死账多、账物不符、人力资源浪费等问题,形成了这些零部件企业新的“伤处”,需要引起业内管理者的重视。 本文首先阐述了研究的背景和意义,并对企业物流、“工业4.0”和“中国制造2025”和智能物流等相关理论进行回顾。针对B公司的现状,深入研究B国内公司的直接材料和间接材料(MRO)管理流程中的问题。针对这些管理问题,利用智能物流技术,首先提出改进的理论基础和方法,然后提出改进方案,最后总结出改进方案的实施保证和效果。 对于B公司的直接材料管理流程的改进,采用了全扫描系统的方式,并引入了穿戴式扫描设备,解决了直接物料管理中的人工操作失效、效率低下、账物不符等问题;对于B公司的间接材料(MRO)管理流程的改进,引入了智能小仓库的概念,优化了间接材料管理的流程,降低了人力成本和间接材料库存。本文通过智能物流在B汽车零部件企业中的应用研究,进一步证实了智能物流能够降低企业运营成本、提高企业运行效率、提高产品质量。 期待本文研究的相关成果和结论,能够带来启示,有一些实际应用和参考价值。可以推广至相关企业和行业,特别是汽车零部件行业,以用来降低企业的物流成本,提高企业的竞争力。 关键词:智能物流;物料管理;全扫描系统;智能小仓库 
英文摘要:"Industry 4.0" and "Made in China 2025" mark the society enter a new round of industrial revolution. "Intelligent logistics" is the core of the both concepts. Intelligent logistics is not only an important part of connecting suppliers, manufacturers and customers, but also the cornerstone of building a future intelligent plant. Currently many domestic automotive parts manufacturers, whose material management are extensive and have problems, such as high cost of inventory, dying count, discrepancies of account and material, waste of human resources and so on. They are the bottleneck of these manufacturers, and should be attracted the attention of enterprise management. The author firstly elaborates the background and significance of the research, and reviews the related theories of enterprise logistics, “Industry 4.0" and "Made in China 2025" and intelligent logistics. The author takes B Company as the research object, deeply studies the problems in the direct material and indirect material (MRO) management process of Company B. In order to resolve these management problems, the author uses the intelligent logistics technology, first of all proposes the theoretical basis and methods of improvement, and then provides the improvement program, and finally sums up the implementation action and result of the improvement program. Regarding the process improvement of direct material management of B company, the author uses the whole scanning system, and introduces the wearable scanning device to solve problems in the direct material management, such as operation failure, low efficiency and discrepancies of account and material; Regarding the process improvement of indirect material (MRO) management of B company, the author introduces the concept of smart small warehouse, optimizes the process of indirect material management, reduces labor costs and indirect material inventory. The application research the intelligent logistics in B automotive parts enterprises, which further confirms the intelligent logistics can reduce the enterprise operation cost, enhance the enterprise operation efficiency, and improve the product quality. It is expected that the relevant results and conclusions of this thesis will bring some revelation, some practical application and reference value. That will be extended to the relevant enterprises and industries, especially the automotive parts industry. Hope that will reduce the logistics costs and improve the competition of enterprises.
