| 中文摘要: | 本文以人力资源管理及人力资源配置的相关理论作为理论基础,按照人力资源配置的时间顺序,分别从人力资源规划、人力资源选拔招聘、人力资源结构、人力资源流动与退出等阶段,讲述了A公司人力资源配置过程中存在的问题,并在最后给出了优化措施。从A公司的研究出发,对企业的人力资源配置进行了一定的展望。 本文从理论和实践两个方面对A公司人力资源优化配置进行研究,以人力资源配置的各要素理论作为论述的端口,在理论论证之后,以A公司的发展现状及相关各方面的实践状况为入口进行分析,同时结合A公司实际情况进行调研,文中很多数据都是来源于A公司的实际工作,在数据统计分析后,为A公司提出人力资源优化配置的措施,采用“确定研究方向——提出问题——分析问题——解决问题”的传统研究路径进行剖析。人力资本管理是企业未来发展的趋势,传统制造型国企必须积极改进和完善当前人力资源管理过程中存在的问题,夯实人力资源基础管理工作,寻求人力资源管理战略与企业发展战略的真正契合,唯如此,才能实时过渡到人力资本管理阶段。 | |
| 英文摘要: | This thesis based on the related theories of human resource management and human resource allocation as the theoretical basis, according to the time sequence of human resource allocation, respectively, from the human resources planning, recruitment and selection of human resource structure of human resource, human resource flow and exit stage, which tells the story of the existing human resource allocation problem of A company, and gives the optimization measures in the end. Starting from the research of A company, this thesis makes some prospects for the allocation of human resources in enterprises. This thesis studies the optimal allocation of human resources in A company from two aspects of theory and Practice. The theory of human resource allocation is used as the port of discussion. Take the development status of A company and the practice of related aspects as the entrance analysis, after theoretical proof. At the same time, combined with the actual situation of A company to carry out research. Much of the data in this article comes from the actual work of A company. It puts forward the measures of optimizing the allocation of human resources for A company,after the statistical analysis of the data. This thesis analyzes the traditional research path of "determining the direction of research - asking questions - analyzing problems - solving problems". Human capital management is the trend of enterprise development in the future. The traditional manufacturing state-owned enterprises must actively improve and perfect the existing problems in the process of human resource management, strengthen the basic management of human resources. We need to seek the true agreement between human resource management strategy and enterprise development strategy. Only in this way can the real time transition to the stage of human capital management. | |
