中文摘要：	诉讼档案作为一种专业性较强的专门档案，在记忆司法过程、传播司法文明中发挥着重要作用。诉讼档案数量庞大，随着法院案件的逐年增多，诉讼档案也呈现逐年增长的趋势。如何利用好数量庞大、具有司法价值的诉讼档案有着重要意义。档案数字化是提高档案工作标准化程度的必然需要，是档案工作发展的必然趋势。开发档案数字化可以改变传统的档案工作模式，利用计算机系统进行管理，使档案利用更为方便、简捷、高效，同时也减少了档案因频繁利用对纸质实体造成的极大损害，有利于更好地保护纸质档案。本文以唐山地区诉讼档案数字化工作为基础，探寻司法改革背景下法院诉讼档案数字化工作的新模式。本文分五个部分进行论述。第一部分为绪论，简要介绍了本文的研究背景、研究的目的和意义、国内外研究情况、研究内容、研究方法、研究的创新点和不足。第二部分，概括了诉讼档案、诉讼档案数字化工作的含义。借鉴了不同领域的学者对于概念的看法和认定，简要对数字化工作内涵做了解释，分析了诉讼档案数字化工作在司法改革新形势下开展的必要性。介绍了唐山基层法院诉讼档案数字化工作现状，包括数字化工作的前期准备和组织、数字化工作流程、数字化人员分配与管理以及其中的安全保密监管等工作。第三部分，分析了唐山法院诉讼档案数字化工作的成效和问题分析。唐山法院在取得了管理日趋完善、数字化馆藏数量增长较快、便利利用等阶段成果的同时，也存在着电子档案质量良莠不齐以及管理的一些问题。笔者从前期工作准备、工作标准、工作人员的方面分析了造成这些问题的原因。第四部分，提出了法院诉讼档案数字化工作新模式。笔者针对数字化工作意识、管理方法以及工作标准提出了对策建议，对工作流程和岗位人员职责进行梳理，更好地适应司法改革背景下档案进一步加大利用，为审判工作和社会民生服务。第五部分，是结束语。笔者总结了基层法院诉讼档案数字化工作的情况，并对其中的成绩和出现的问题以及解决措施进行了总结概括，并且对本文研究的局限进行阐明，展望了诉讼档案数字化工作的发展前景。
英文摘要：	Action file as a professional strong special files, in the judicial process, judicial civilization memory plays an important role. Huge Numbers of lawsuit files, as the court cases increased year by year, litigation documents also shows the tendency of increase year by year. How to make good use of large Numbers, the justice value of the archives has important significance. Digital archives is the inevitable need to improve standardization level of archives work, is an inevitable trend in the development of archives work. Development of archives digitization can change the traditional pattern of archives work, using the computer system for management, make the file using more convenient, simple and efficient, but also reduce the file due to the frequent use of physical cause great damage, is conducive to better protect paper files. In this paper, based on the Tangshan area lawsuits archives digitization work, explore judicial reform under the background of the new mode of court litigation archives digitization. This article is divided into five parts in this paper. The first part is the introduction, are briefly introduced in this paper, the research background, research purpose and significance, research situation at home and abroad, research contents, research methods, innovations and shortcomings. The second part summarizes the meaning of the digital work of litigation files and litigation files. Borrowed from the different scholars in the field of view of concept and cognizance, briefly explain digital connotation of the work done, analyzes the lawsuit archives digitization work on the necessity of the judicial reform under the new situation. Introduces the Tangshan grass-roots court litigation archives digitization work present situation, including the preparation of digital work and organization, digital workflow, digital personnel allocation and management, as well as one of the security supervision work. The third part analyzes the effectiveness and problem analysis of the digital work of the lawsuit file in Tangshan court. Tangshan court in the management improvement, rapid increase in the number of digital collection, convenient use and stage achievement at the same time, there are electronic archives quality good and bad are intermingled, and some problems in the management. The author analyzes the causes of these problems from the aspects of pre-work preparation, work standards and staff. In the fourth part, the author puts forward the new mode of digital work of court litigation file. The author in view of the digital work consciousness, management methods and work standard put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions, to comb of workflow and personnel responsibilities, better adapt to further intensify the judicial reform under the background of archives utilization, serve the judicial work and social livelihood of the people. The fifth part is the conclusion. The author summarizes the grass-roots court litigation archives digitization work situation, and the achievements and the problems and solutions are summarized, and to clarify the limitations of research, prospects the lawsuit archives digitization work development prospects.
