中文摘要:由于移动互联网用户的飞速增长,关乎到大众生活衣食住行的移动金融产品也进入了一个爆发式的增长期。随着支付宝、微信支付等移动支付产品近些年来对银行支付业务的冲击,银行也逐步将移动网络渠道列为未来的核心之重,然而对于手机银行应用来说,因其功能的相似性,各家银行的应用同质化比较严重,而手机银行的可用性的提升无疑在银行对于客户的争夺以及留存都有着非常重要的现实意义。 关于国内外的可用性研究,无论是在桌面应用还是在WEB应用以及数字图书馆等应用方面等都有着丰硕的研究成果,然而在移动金融产品的细分领域—手机银行这一专业产品领域,可用性评价的研究较为缺乏。据此,本文开展了如下的研究工作: 一、首先从概念上阐述了可用性,然后参考可用性研究领域多种可用性评价模型,分析了手机银行这一移动金融产品的特点,结合了数字图书馆以及移动图书馆可用性评价的相关理论研究,抽取了效率维度、有效性维度、用户满意度维度、用户信任度维度、易学易记性维度以及错误处理维度这六个维度作为一级指标,且具化成十五个可测量的二级指标进行测量,建立其手机银行可用性评价的体系模型。 二、采用层次分析法进行模型权重计算,通过专家评分确定手机银行可用性评价模型中的六个维度因素对于手机银行可用性的影响系数以及十五个测量指标的权重分配,使评价模型可以进行量化计算。 三、通过可用性实验的方法,分别从定性以及定量的角度进行可用性评价指标的计算以及可用性问题的发现,通过针对中原银行进行可用性评价分数的计算,可以为以后定量的版本对比打下基础,经过可用性问题的分析与发现,可以有效的提高产品的可用性,为手机银行客户的用户体验带来新的提升。  
英文摘要:Due to the rapid growth of mobile Internet users, mobile financial products which are related to people's daily necessities of life have entered a period of explosive growth. At present, Alipay, WeChat had taken possession of the majority of the mobile-payment market share. More and more banks focus on the mobile banking service to gain their market share, thus how to increase the system usability of the m-banking application is undoubtedly becoming very import. In the usability research area, there are so many researches both in the desktop application or in the Web applications and the digital library applications. but usability and measurements research for the m-banking application in particular is very limited or even isolated. According to this, this paper will focus on the following three points: Firstly, this paper analyzed the characteristics of the product of m-banking product based on the mobile digital library usability evaluation model. Then this research proposed the model to evaluate the usability of the m-banking applications. The model contains six factors include the effectiveness dimension and the efficiency dimension, satisfaction dimension, trust dimension, and learnability dimension. Fifteen measurable indicators had also been extracted to evaluate the factor. Secondly, The Analytic Hierarchy Process model had be used to calculate the weight of each factors in the evaluation model. The weight of each index of the model was determined by the expert’s opinion. Finally, through the method of usability test experiment, the calculation of the usability evaluation index and the discovery of usability problem are made from qualitative and quantitative aspects respectively. By calculating the usability scores for the m-banking application of the Zhong Yuan Bank, we can build the foundation of the quantitative comparison in the future, and Analysis the usability issues of the application can effectively improve the usability of the m-banking product.
