中文摘要：	国内制造业竞争日趋激烈，许多跨国制造企业积极实施本土化发展战略，增强中国市场需求的本土化。企业通过结合国内客户的价值取向和审美偏好，开发符合中国国情的产品以满足客户的需求。ACE（获取竞争优势）流程管理从最初专注于研究产品质量和成本，到以质量和成本最优化为目标，再到不断优化和改进产品从研发到生产的流程，都是为了确保产品性能在设计阶段就可以得到对产品的市场需求和质量保证，同时以降低产品的成本为目标。 本文通过第二章对ACE在项目开发管理中的理论及应用和研发项目质量管理理论的研究，论述ACE体系在新产品开发项目质量管理中的理论应用。基于项目质量管理理论，对ODT电梯新产品开发项目质量管理进行独特性分析，对项目质量管理的现状及问题进行阐述与分析，以寻求适用于ODT公司的新产品开发质量管理问题的解决方案。第四章描述ODT公司新产品开发项目中工作内容的分解以及每个阶段会运用的ACE管理工具，分析针对新产品开发流程中两个重要的质量控制工具——通行证和FMEA，进一步阐述了ODT公司在新产品开发过程中对ACE工具的现状以及运用方法。 为了在新产品开发过程中保证好的产品质量，项目质量审核和项目质量控制的改进对整个新产品开发的产品质量提升起到了非常关键的作用。最后，结合理论研究和企业实际情况的分析，除了要正确运用ACE工具，还需要对项目质量变更管理、项目质量控制管理进行改进，妥当安排组织结构和资源，使得整个质量管理的推进高效又不复杂。希望这些建议可以对ODT公司起到提高产品质量，改善质量管理流程的作用。
英文摘要：	The domestic manufacturing industry is increasingly competitive, and many multinational manufacturing enterprises actively implement the localization development strategy, and enhance the localization of China's market demand. Through the combination of domestic customers' value orientation and aesthetic preferences, the development of products in line with China's national conditions to meet customer needs. ACE (competitive advantage) process management from the initial focus on product quality and cost, to the quality and cost optimization as the goal, to optimize and improve the products from research and development to production process is to ensure product performance in the design stage can be guaranteed to the market demand and the quality of the product, at the same time to reduce the cost of the product as the goal. This paper discusses the theory and application of ACE in project management and Research on quality management theory of R & D project through the second chapter, and discusses the theoretical application of ACE system in the quality management of new product development project. Project quality management based on the theory of uniqueness analysis of ODT lift new product development project quality management, the current situation and problems of project quality management are discussed and analyzed, in order to seek solutions for ODT Company’s new product development and quality management problems. The fourth chapter describes the contents of ODT new product development project in each stage of decomposition and will use the ACE management tools, according to the analysis of the new product development process in two important quality control tools - pass and FMEA, further elaborated the ODT company in the new product development status of ACE tools in the course of developing and applying method. In order to ensure the good product quality in the new product development process, the improvement of project quality audit and project quality control plays a key role in improving the product quality of the whole new product development. Finally, combining the theoretical analysis and the actual situation of the enterprise, in addition to the correct use of ACE tools also need to change management, project quality control and management of project quality improvement, proper arrangements for the organization structure and resources, making the whole quality management to promote the efficient and not complex. It is hoped that these suggestions can improve the quality of products and improve the quality management process of ODT Company.
