中文摘要：	创业投资基金是中国资本市场的新生力量，至今已经发展了十余年。在我国发展的现阶段，创业创新已经成为了国家未来发展的第一原动力。随着“双创”政策的出台，创业投资基金大爆发时期，释放出了巨大的创业服务需求，创业投资基金迎来了机遇期。但随着创业投资基金和基金管理机构数量的持续增加，创业投资行业也面临着很多挑战。由于创业投资基金在我国发展起步较晚，基金在为投资者创造出高收益的同时也由于风险管理制度的不完善不健全存在着较高的投资风险。本文采用参考文献法和案例研究法，以国内起步较早的A机构旗下的X基金为实例，结合创业投资基金相关理论，研究剖析创业投资基金在我国的发展现状。针对实际中存在问题，提出风险管理对策及改进建议，探索适应我国当前创业投资基金发展阶段的风险管理模式。本文首先分析了相关理论，对创业投资基金及其风险的概念及特点进行了概述。然后以X基金为例，对A机构在X基金设立、投前调查、投后管理、退出四大阶段的风险控制和管理手段进行了分析，并进一步分析了A机构风险管理过程中存在的问题及其成因。最后，结合X基金风险管理案例及我国当前创业投资行业风险控制的现状，分别提出了风险控制外部环境的改进意见和针对A机构风险管理的具体改进措施，进而为创业投资行业的风险管理给予一定的启示。
英文摘要：	Venture capital fund is a new force in China's capital market, has been developed more than ten years. At the present stage of our country's development, entrepreneurial innovation has become the first motive force for the country's future development, and the period of the great venture capital fund release has released a huge demand for business services and the venture capital fund ushered in an opportunity period. But as the number of venture capital funds and fund managers continues to rise, the venture capital industry faces many challenges. The fund has created high returns for investors also poses high investment risk due to the imperfect and imperfect risk management system. This article uses the reference method and the case study method, taking the X fund under the earlier A-agency in our country as an example, analyzes the development status of venture capital funds in our country based on the theory of venture capital fund. In view of the problems in practice, this paper puts forward risk management countermeasures and suggestions for improvement, and explores the risk management mode that is suitable for the current stage of venture capital funds in our country. This paper first analyzes the relevant theories and gives an overview of the concepts and characteristics of venture capital funds and their risks. Then taking the X fund as an example, this paper analyzes the risk control and management methods of A corporation in the four stages of X fund establishment, investment investigation, post-investment management and exit, and further analyzes the problems existing in the process of risk management of A-unit and its causes. Finally, based on the case of X Fund Risk Management and the current situation of risk control of venture capital industry in our country, this paper puts forward the improvement suggestions on risk control of external environment and the specific measures to improve the risk management of Agency A, respectively, and then gives certain measures to the risk management of venture capital industry Inspiration.
