中文摘要:摘要随着外部商业环境不断变化,企业需要进行相应的转型或改革创新来适应这些变化,使企业具有足够的能量来应对未来的各种挑战和机遇。过去十年互联网技术发展带动了全球经济一体化,信息技术的不断更新升级加快了企业从传统金字塔式组织架构转变为组织结构扁平化的步伐。组织结构扁平化简化了繁复的层级架构,减少了中间层级的数量,职能部门之间的加强合作,由单一部门的单独作战转化为了不同部门之间协同作战。组织结构扁平化后中层管理人员的数量被削减,岗位角色和职业发展通道发生了变化,但在企业中的作用更为重要。由“上传下达”的信息传递者和专业人才变为了综合型管理者,由垂直型上升通道变为了横向或螺旋式上升通道,为下属赋能让员工在工作中激情四射、创意无限。本文以GA集团的组织结构扁平化改革为背景,以该集团下属的GA天津公司的中层管理者为研究对象。通过对组织进行扁平化变革后的中层管理者的现状进行深入分析和结合相关的理论知识,该企业的中层管理者在进行扁平化组织架构改革后职业发展方面遇到了一些问题,提出构建职业发展的根本原则,增强与中层管理者的沟通,建立横向和螺旋式晋升通道,提供丰富的学习渠道,充分授权给中层管理者,实现组织与中层之间建立良好的心理契约。 
英文摘要:Abstract With the continued change of external business environment, the companies must make some transformation or reform to meet the situation and enable them to face various challenges and chances in the further. The expansion of web technology over the past decade has driven global economic integration. Upgrading of information technology accelerate the transformation process of traditional pyramid organizational structure to flattened organizational structure. Flattened organization reduced the levels, optimized the quantities of mid-level managers, and strengthened the coordination between the departments. It means one department will not work by itself but it will cooperate with other departments. After flattening the organization structure the quantities of mid-level managers were simplified, the career role and career path were changed. Anyway the mid-level managers are also play an important role in the film. Their roles changed from good communicator and expert in a field into the comprehensive managers. Their promotion path changed from the vertical path into transverse or helical path. They will give enough positive energy to their subordinates and make them have great originality and creativity. Based on the reform of flattened organization structure of GA group, taking the mid-level managers of GA TJ Company as object of study, this paper analyzes the current situation of the mid level managers of GA TJ Company after flattened reform by means of relative theory knowledge. The mid-level of managers of GA TJ Company faces some problems which influenced the career development of them. In current problems, proposed to establish the basic rules of career development, enhance the communication with the mid-level managers, establish transverse and helical career path, provide various channels of learning, give more authorities to the mid-level managers and build up the good psychology contract between the companies with the mid-level managers.
