中文摘要：	标准是科学、技术和实践经验的总结，标准的规范作用和有效实施有利于人类社会的发展进步，具有重要的价值。标准化是围绕标准的制修订、贯彻实施、监督检查而展开的一系列的活动。标准化信息服务是经济发展中不可缺少的专业知识类服务，随着信息技术和互联网技术的发展，标准化信息服务网站和平台成为提供服务的新模式，探索研究其可用性评价能有效促进我国标准化工作，有着重要的理论和实践意义。 天津市标准化信息服务网是天津市标准化研究院建设的标准信息服务平台，为天津各类企事业单位，协会，学会等提供标准信息在线服务，包括标准数据库的检索、国内外标准文本下载、标准化咨询等服务。 本文在研究现阶段国内外可用性评价模式、方法、评价指标的基础上，结合标准化信息服务的特点，构建了标准化信息服务网可用性评价指标体系，包括功能完备性、信息服务质量、易用性、设计合理性、用户满意度五个方面，并对用户进行可用性测试，完成模拟工作任务，评价天津市标准化信息服务网的可用性，发现存在的问题。最后基于研究成果，提出了改进建议，并就完善优化系统，提高文献服务水平，整合资源优势等方面进行了展望。 本研究提出的标准化信息服务网可用性评价指标体系和开展的可用性评价实证研究对于标准信息化和天津市的标准化建设工作具有一定的借鉴意义。
英文摘要：	Standard is a summary of science, technology and practical experience. It has a great value in normalization and the progress of mankind. Standardization is the activity that connected with the formulation,implementation and supervision of standards. The standardizetion servieces are knowledge services that are imprtant to economic development. With the development of imformation science and internet, the standardizetion servieces websites become a new model of service delivery. It is very uesful to take a research on its uesability evaluation , and it has great meaning to standardization of China, and has great theoretical and practical significance. Tianjin standardiztion service website is built by Tianjin standardization Institute,which offers online standard imformation for all kinds of organizzations in tianjin, including the standard database, the download of standards and other consulting about standardization. This thesis makes a usabilty evaluation system of standardization service website based on the research of usabilty evaluation pattern ,methods and index.The system includes functional completeness, quality of imformation service, ease of use,rationality of design,and user's satisfaction. It takes users to test the usabilty and perform simulated working tasks, and evaluate the usabilty of Tianjin standardiztion service website,and find the problems. In the end, based on the research, it gives some suggestions and makes expectations about the system optimization,improving the quality of service and intergration of resources. This research builds a evalution system on standardization service website and makes practical usabilty research, which has reference value for the standardizaition development of Tianjin.
