中文摘要: | 本文以精益生产和六西格玛管理的有机结合部分为研究对象,介绍了国内外精益生产和六西格玛管理的研究情况,回顾了精益生产理论和六西格玛管理理论各自的理念和技术体系, 讨论了两种理论各自的特征及其局限性。重点探讨了两种理论有机融合的可行性,以及二者相结合的互补性。 作者在研究了现有的精益生产理论和六西格玛理论的基础上,尝试构建基 于战略导向的精益六西格玛管理框架结构,它是以精益六西格玛屋为战略基础,用结构化的SDMVAIPCE管理框架为战术应用的二元结构。战略层面构建精益六西格战略屋模型,它外部由客户满意驱动,内部力求精益工具和六西格玛工具的有机整合,工具实施过程中的数据和事实驱动,企业组织架构的协调保障与企业文化的融合共生;战术应用层面推行精益六西格玛项目管理框架,该框架对于现在流行的六西格玛项目管理中DMAIC方法论框架进行了增补和调整,由解决单一问题的结构化DMAIC结构调整为更具指导意义的项目管理框架(SDMVAIPCE)结构,使得企业在实施精益六西格玛项目时,流程更加清晰和完整,从项目选择、实施到项目评价过程逻辑性更加清晰,结构更加完整,企业应用时可操作性更强。 接下来,论文以F公司实施精益六西格玛战略的案例来验证设计的战略导向的精益六西格玛管理框架的有效性和实用性。在战略层面,F公司青岛工厂应用精益六西格玛战略屋框架导入精益六西格玛战略,使精益六西格玛工具与企业体系运营管理程序相结合,搭建了与精益六西格玛战略相匹配的组织架构,使精益六西格玛理念融入到企业文化之中;在战术层面,应用精益六西格玛项目管理框架(SDMVAIPCE)结构实施降低内部报废率的精益六西格玛项目,验证了该管理框架的可行性。论文采用实证法验证了战略导向的精益六西格玛管理框架设计的实用性和有效性。 最后,论文对于本文的研究结论进行了总结,介绍了论文中存的不足之处, 并对精益六西格玛研究的创新应用进行了进一步的展望。 | |
英文摘要: | This thesis focused on studying combination of Lean Production(LP) and six sigma management. Base on the studying of Lean Six Sigma(LSS) of both at home and abroad. The author look back into theory and technology system both lean production and six sigma management. Discuss both theory’s characteristics and limitations. The possibility of integration and complementarity of the two theories was discussed emphatically. Firstly, Author tried to build a strategy-based Lean Six Sigma management framework, which was divided into strategic level and tactical level. At the strategic level, a new Lean Six Sigma house was bring out, which were guiding by the customer needs, Integrating of LSS tools with management procedure, Relying on data and fact when using the six sigma tools, organizational structure support, corporate culture assurance. In tactics level, the popular DMAIC mold was changed to SDMVAIPCE framework mold, which can guid how to conducted lean six sigma project from selecting, processing and evaluating project. SDMVAIPCE model is clearer and more complete logical structure than older one. So, the model is more operational. Secondly, Author tried to verify the effectiveness of the strategy-oriented Lean Six Sigma management framework using F Company's Lean Six Sigma project. Firstly, at the strategic level, Company F introduced the Lean Six Sigma Strategic housing into the company, which can consolidate the implementation of Lean Six Sigma strategy basis, Combine Lean Six Sigma tools with the Enterprise Operations procedure, Put Lean Six Sigma concept into the corporate culture. At the tactical level, conducting LSS project named reducing internal process scrap in Company F to verify the Lean Six Sigma Project management framework (SDMVAIPCE). Generally, the strategy-oriented Lean Six Sigma management framework is effective. Finally, Author summarized the research conclusions of the thesis, late, introduced the shortcomings of the thesis, and made a further prospect for the application of Lean Six Sigma. | |
