中文摘要:虽面临多方面挑战,参考咨询仍是公共图书馆的核心业务之一,地市级公共图书馆作为地区的信息中心,却囿于种种局限在参考咨询服务上严重滞后。国内外研究中并不鲜见针对读者咨询记录的研究,对于读者信息需求的研究更是数不胜数,然而却鲜有以信息需求为切入点扩展图书馆咨询服务内容的研究。因此,从读者角度出发,探究当前地市级公共图书馆咨询服务的现状及改善便显得尤为必要。 本研究包括三方面的内容,一是通过文献调查法和扎根理论探究当前地市级公共图书馆的读者咨询服务内容,二是通过访谈法考察地市级公共图书馆读者信息需求,三是提出地市级公共图书馆读者咨询服务路径改善建议。 在以实证方式对天津市河西区图书馆展开调研之后,本研究有以下三点发现:一是河西区图书馆在咨询服务内容上可以划分为五类,即规范读者使用图书馆行为的服务、帮助读者查找和确定馆藏资料位置或使用图书馆相关设备、为读者提供能够增强其使用图书馆便利性的服务、图书馆导引服务及为读者提供针对性的信息服务。分析结果与理论预期存在一定的差异,以下原因可能会导致这些差异的产生:地市级公共图书馆的资源局限性;读者对咨询服务的了解程度;泛在信息环境下图书馆信息优势地位的下降。二是河西区图书馆读者对参考咨询服务使用及了解程度均较低,且存在咨询内容及了解内容单一的状况。三是河西区图书馆读者主要存在工作及日常生活方面的信息需求。读者信息需求在总体上呈现多元化态势的同时也存在一定的相似性。读者的信息需求受到其个人的信息素养、社会角色及所处环境的影响。信息需求与服务内容存在一定的差异,以下原因可能会导致这些差异的产生:一是图书馆读者咨询服务内容的局限性,读者信息需求范围广且存在部分商业性质的信息需求。 在以上发现的基础上,本研究对地市级公共图书馆咨询服务路径提出加强宣传、开展培训、扩展咨询内容及推进服务质量评价工作四方面的改善建议。 
英文摘要:In the face of many challenges, the reference service is still one of the core business of the public library. The municipal public library is a regional information center, but it is confined to all kinds of limitations in the reference service. It is not uncommon for domestic and foreign research to study the readers' consultation records. And the research on the information needs of readers is numerous. However, there is little research on the content of library consulting service with information needs as the breakthrough point. Therefore, from the reader's point of view, to explore the current situation and improvements of the municipal public library is particularly necessary. This study includes three aspects, one is through the literature survey and rooting theory to explore the current municipal public library reader consulting services content, the second is through the interview to check the municipal public library readers information needs, the third is proposed suggestions on improvement of consultant Service of municipal public libraries. After investigating the Hexi District Library in Tianjin, this study has the following three discoveries: First, the content of the consulting service provided by the municipal public library can be divided into five categories, that is, service to standardize the behavior of readers; services to help readers find and determine the location of the information or use library equipment; service to help readers enhance their convenience when they use the library, library guidance services and to provide personalized information service for readers. There are some differences between the analysis results and the theoretical expectations. The following reasons may lead to these differences: the resource limitations of the municipal public libraries; reader’s understanding of the consultant service; the downtrend of the dominant position of the library information. Second, municipal public library readers seldom use the reference service and know little about it. Third, the municipal public library readers mainly have information needs in their work and daily life. The reader information needs in the overall diversification trend at the same time there are some similarities. The reader's information needs are influenced by their personal information literacy, social roles and the environment. On the basis of the above findings, this study puts forward some suggestions on improvement of consultant Service of municipal public libraries ,which are to promote propaganda, to carry out training of the librarians , expand the contents of consultation and promote the service quality evaluation of the municipal public library consultation service.
