中文摘要:近几年,我国经济发展迅速,政府对道路交通基础设施方面的投入越来越大,高铁、高速、地铁、铁路、航空等交通运输网络四通八达,百姓出行越来越便捷,出行方式灵活多样,选择长途汽车出行的客户群不断减少,加之私家车数量猛增,致使传统的道路客运业务遭受巨大冲击。面临道路客运市场萎缩、运输企业效益大幅下滑的严峻形势,LY交通运输集团作为以长途道路客运为主业的LY市龙头运输企业,如何做好主营业务优化、升级和转型,对集团未来的发展至关重要。本文通过对LY交通运输集团自身的经营优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行全面分析,提出道路客运企业应转变经营策略和经营模式,灵活运用公营、公私合营、参股经营等方式,借助京津冀一体化和交通主管部门大力推行道路运输行业规模化、集约化发展的契机,依托我国高速公路交通运输网络密集、出行成本低和集团品牌优势,根据国家战略、行业政策和客户群特性制定措施,充分满足铁路、航空没有覆盖地区百姓的出行需求,从而提高企业综合实力和市场竞争力,促进企业由传统运输业向现代服务业转型,实现企业效益增长和长期可持续发展。 
英文摘要:With the rapid development of economy in China, the government investments are more and more devoted into transportation infrastructures in recent years. Various choices of transportation, perfect transport lines, convenient schedules for citizens, and flexible travel modes are the main factors of the consuming reduction of long-distance coach. Meanwhile, the traditional road passenger transport business is shocked by the fast increasing private cars. Facing many serious circumstances such as market shrinking and efficiency decline, it is really important for LY Transportation Group Corporation to make right moves. As the leading transportation enterprise in the city, LY Transportation Group Corporation should optimize, upgrade and transform the main businesses to ensure the continuous development. This dissertation makes a comprehensive analysis of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the LY transportation group. The author suggests that Group should use flexible operation plans and models such as public operation, public-private partnership and shareholding operation. It is necessary to rely on the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province and intensive development policies to improve market competitiveness and comprehensive strength. Based on low travel costs and brand influence, the Transportation Group Corporation should make specific measures to different customers which are located in the area that not covered by railways and air lines. Promotion of transformation from traditional type to modern service type also has significant meaning to achieve group efficiency growth and long-term sustainable development.
