中文摘要：	全球经济危机以来我国国际国内航运业持续低迷，加之经济新常态的到来和环保管理趋紧等因素叠加影响，港口物流企业已经在严冬中苦苦挣扎数年。面对着生存和竞争压力，港口物流企业开始逐渐寻求通过构建物流服务供应链的形式，连接上下游物流服务提供者，协同发展，互利共赢，为客户打造无缝隙、一条龙式的物流供应链服务体系，以期获得更大的竞争优势。本文首先介绍当下服务供应链及物流服务研究的发展现状趋势以及物流服务供应链管理的相关概念，然后介绍了Z公司经营管理现状并指出其经营管理问题的成因；通过提出其管理优化目标，设计Z公司基于供应链的管理优化方案。完成上述工作后，文章详细规划了基于供应链理论的优化实施方案的施行阶段，在给出项目甘特图的基础上对于每一阶段的任务都做详细说明，并指出方案实施的重点和难点。在文章末尾强调了优化方案实施的重点、难点及落地过程中可能出现的风险并给出了化解预防的措施。本文在已有研究基础上，以典型的港口物流企业Z公司为研究对象，对港口物流服务供应链的构建以及传统港口物流企业如何向供应链模式转型进行了更进一步的研究，期望可以为港口物流企业进行物流服务供应链建设，使港口物流供应链运作的更加顺畅提供了必要的理论和实践依据。
英文摘要：	Since the global economic crisis, the international and domestic shipping industry continues to slump, coupled with the China's new normal economy and environmental management tightening factors such as superimposed impact, port logistics enterprises have been in trouble several years. In the face of survival and the pressure of competition, the port logistics enterprises began to seek through the construction of logistics service supply chain in the form of connecting the upstream and downstream logistics service providers, collaborative development, mutual benefit and win-win, create a one-stop, seamless whole process of supply chain logistics service system for customers, in order to gain greater competitive advantage. This thesis first introduces the current situation and trends of supply chain research and related concepts of supply chain management, and then introduces the current situation of Z company management, and points out the causes of its management problems; Put forward the optimization design through the management of Z company based on Supply Chain Management Optimization scheme. After completing the above work, the article elaborates the implementation stage of the optimization implementation plan based on the supply chain theory. The task of each stage is described in detail on the basis of the project Gantt chart. At the end of the article, it highlights the risks that may arise in optimizing the landing process and gives measures to defuse prevention. In this thesis, on the basis of the existing research on Z company of typical port logistics enterprises as the research object, to the port logistics service supply chain construction and enterprise how to model transformation of supply chain through further research, expect the construction can be carried out for the port logistics service supply chain logistics enterprises, the port logistics supply chain operation more smoothly to provide the necessary theoretical and practical basis.
