中文摘要:目前全球经济依然处于长期增长缓慢时期,2016年全球经济增长率约为2.2%,这是2009年大衰退以来最低的增长率。在全球经济低迷的大环境下,面对日益加剧的激烈竞争,企业在不断的探索降低成本的方法,来保持在行业中的竞争优势。早在第二次世界大战之后,丰田英二与大野耐一在借鉴福特大量生产方式的基础上,结合日本国内独特特点,创造的丰田生产方式,给汽车制造行业带来了巨大冲击和影响。它不断的降低成本、杜绝浪费、无废品、零库存、准时化生产与无休止的产品变型不仅是汽车行业学习的典范,这种精益思想更掀起各个汽车企业争相学习,同时也广泛渗透到各行各业。 Volvo IT天津公司隶属于Volvo集团,是为集团内部提供软件和服务解决方案的高科技企业,作为集团内部的成本部门,实施精益运营是降低成本,提高效率的有效途径。本文在对精益思想研究的基础上,提取出实现精益运营的关键要素,并且结合IT行业的特征,立足Volvo IT天津公司深入分析和探讨已有模式的问题,深入剖析问题的根源,提出该企业实现精益运营的设计模型,提出具体实施的路径,并且制定保障措施及评价方法。 本论文共分为6章。第1章绪论,第2章理论回顾,主要回顾精益思想理论、国内外精益思想的应和不同行业对精益的研究,提取出实施精益的一般路径和评价方法。第3章首先介绍Volvo IT天津公司的企业概况,列举了组织中存在的问题及原因分析,进一步研究了该企业实施精益运营的可行性分析,为设计和实施打下基础。第四章提出精益运营的关键因素,并在此基础上提出精益运营的模型,详细介绍了精益运营的方案设计和实施计划。第5章为保证实施方案的顺利实施,要分析所需要的保障措施,提出实施效果评估体系,并分析方案实施过程中的风险等。第6章结论,概括本文的主要内容和研究成果,指出研究的局限性和进一步研究的方向。 本文对精益信息技术的研究成果可应用于Volvo IT其他公司,能使集团内部公司的管理水平得到整体提高,有效降低集团运营成本。此外本文精益信息技术的实施思路对一般IT企业打造精益运营也可起到借鉴作用。 
英文摘要:Nowadays, Global economic is stilling in a long period of slow growth. The rate of growth was about 2.2% in 2016, which was the slowest rate of growth since the great recession of 2009. In this situation, Companies are constantly exploring ways to reduce costs to keep competitive in the industry, facing to the intensifying competition. As early as the Second World War, on the basis of reference on Ford's mass production, combining with domestic unique characteristic, Eiji Toyoda and Taiichi Ohno created the Toyota production system, which has brought the huge impact and influence to the car manufacturing industry. It constantly reduces costs, eliminates waste, no defects, zero inventory, just-in-time production and endless product variants. Lean Thinking is not only just models of learning in the automotive industry, but also infiltrate into different industries. Volvo IT is owned by Volvo group. Volvo IT is a high-tech enterprise which provides software and service solutions for the group. Under the increasingly depressed global economic environment, Volvo IT as the cost department within the group, Lean Operation is an effective way to reduce costs and improve efficiency. On the basis of the research on the lean thinking, this thesis extracts the key elements of lean implementation. Combining with the characteristics of the information technology industry, it deeply analyzes and probes into existing patterns and finds out the root of the problem for Volvo IT Tianjin. It comes up with the lean operation design model, and puts forward the concrete implementation path. It also sets up the implementation assurance ways and the evaluation method. The first chapter is the introduction. The second chapter is the theoretical review of lean operation,Lean operation practice in different countries and different industries. Summarize the implementation path and evaluation criteria; go through theory of organizational transformation. The third chapter is the basic introduction of Volvo IT Tianjin Company and problem analysis. The feasibility analysis of lean is further studied to build up the foundation for design and implementation. The fourth chapter introduces the module of lean operation, and also introduces the design and implementation of lean operation process for Volvo IT Tianjin, as well as the problems in the implementation process. The fifth chapter is to introduce implementation assurance and the evaluation method and risk control. The sixth chapter is summary and prospect. The research results of lean operation can be applied to other Volvo IT Companies in different sites. It can improve the overall management level for the whole Volvo group, and reduce the group's operating costs. In addition, the implementation of lean operation can be used as a reference for general information technology enterprises.
