中文摘要:摘 要 在当下的市场环境中,半导体行业作为高技术,高投入,高收益的代表,越来越受到全球资本的关注,行业内部竞争异常激烈。各大半导体企业为了应对激烈的竞争,不断加强成本控制并寻找新的成本降低方向,以求在竞争中占据成本以及价格优势。但在不断的成本控制实践过程中,半导体企业逐渐意识到原有简单降低企业的生产成本,过度追求利润的最大化而忽略产品质量的做法越来越不能满足半导体产业生产工艺复杂,产品质量要求高的特点,这种做法已经严重影响到了企业的经济效益,更危害到了企业信誉和发展。 本文首先回顾了成本控制与质量管理国内外相关理论,然后简要介绍了全球半导体十强之一的STI半导体企业概况以及其成本控制实践的现状,从而引出STI半导体在生产相关环节以及非生产环节产品成本控制实践中遇到的由于忽视产品质量而带来的问题。此后针对生产相关环节,分别从测试环节OEE设备综合效率、量产产品成本降低项目方法以及生产部门制度文化建设等三个方面,给出了如何根据全面质量进行产品成本控制改进的方案。再其后,分别从产品开发环节和产品上下游质量成本控制两个方面,介绍了如何用全面质量指导的产品成本控制方案。 本文希望通过对STI半导体案例的剖析,能启发各大半导体以全面质量理念为基础,用全面质量指导产品全生命周期成本控制实践,寻求新的成本控制思路和方法,实现提高产品质量与降低产品成本的一致性。引导各大半导体企业开始把提高产产品的质量作为降低企业成本,加速资金回流,建立良好的客户伙伴关系的手段和前提,进而在全球化竞争的背景下,将良好的产品质量和客户服务做为企业提高市场占有率,实现良好的经济效益的战略竞争优势。 关键字:半导体企业;成本控制;全面质量  
英文摘要:Abstract In the current market environment, semiconductor industry is very attractive to global capitals considering its high tech, high investment input, high gross margin features, fierce competition occurring within the industry. To deal with competitions, semiconductor companies continuously enhance their cost control process and look for new cost reduction opportunity to get the cost and price advantage during competition. But actually during the daily cost control practice, semiconductor companies realize the previous methodology of simply reducing production cost, excessive pursuit of profit maximization cannot meet the semiconductor industry high complicated production process and product high quality requirement, which already hardly impacted company economic benefits, and even harmful to company reputation and development in the future. This thesis firstly looks back the cost control and quality management related theories in the global. Then, briefly introduce the global top semiconductor company STI Semiconductor and its current cost control status, revealing its cost control practice issues in production related steps and non-production related steps due to ignoring product quality management. Next step, regarding to production related steps, according to total quality mindset, providing the cost control improvement action proposals from Testing OEE, mass production product cost reduction project methodology and manufacturing department culture construction aspects. Then introduce the cost control proposals in product development phase and product up-downstream quality cost control stage per total quality mindset. This thesis aims to use the analysis of STI Semiconductor case to inspire semiconductor companies using total quality mindset to guide the product entire life cycle cost control practices, searching for new cost control idea and methodology to achieve the consistency between product quality and cost reduction. To conduct semiconductor companies to treat product quality improvement as the method and precondition of enterprise cost reduction, currency repatriation acceleration and customer relationship development. To utilize good product quality and customer service to get the strategic competition advantage of excellent economic profit and great market sharing.
