| 中文摘要: | 二十一世纪是海洋的世纪,航运产业对于一个国家的竞争力具有举足轻重的地位,而远洋船员更是航运业中非常重要的战略资源。如何快速有效地打造高素质、高水平的船员队伍,从而使航运企业高效运转、优质营运,创造出更多的效益效应,一直以来是各大远洋航运企业不断探索的核心课题。特别是近年来,世界经济低位徘徊,全球市场持续低迷,古老的航运业举步维艰。如何保证船舶安全运营,如何最大限度地调动激发船员们的工作能动性、创造性,如何推动船舶建设不断向前发展,更显得尤为迫切和重要。这个过程中,船舶文化建设是一个很好的抓手和载体。远洋船员以船舶为生产单位,具有高度的流动性、航线不确定性、高风险、海上生活单调枯燥、职业认可度低等多种不利因素。如何克服这些不利因素,通过文化的力量凝聚人心、推动工作、保障安全、创造效益,中远散运公司进行了有益的探索和实践。特别是2012年以来,该公司在船舶文化建设方面,从普及认知、典型示范、清晰路径和考核指导等方面,不断创新,努力以文化凝聚精神、以文化变革管理、以文化真正创造了价值。本文重点运用文献研究法、访谈法以及案例分析法等主要研究方法,通过对国内外相关理论深入学习,收集航运业涉及船舶文化建设各个层面人员的意见建议,对中远散运公司船舶文化建设进行了复盘总结,认真分析其船舶文化建设的特点,同时,对如何进行船舶文化建设提出自己的思考和建议。期望能够解决文化建设虚化、没抓手、落地难、实效差等具体实践中存在的共性难题,对航运企业文化建设提供一定的借鉴意义和价值。 | |
