中文摘要:金融危机过后,各个行业都在不断复苏。信托业是四大金融行业中唯一能够横跨货币市场、资本市场和产品与服务市场的金融行业,对社会公众与环境能产生很大的影响。信托公司为了是自身在市场中拥有相对更强的竞争力,也在不断发生着变革,尤其是都在纷纷建立更为先进的绩效管理体系,并以此来促进整体经营结果的进一步提升,以便更好的实现公司发展的短期和长期目标。为了实现这一目的,一些信托公司在绩效管理方面引入了平衡计分卡(BSC),该工具能够更好的完成公司内部的绩效管理,其所涉及的绩效指标具体涉及四个方面,即财务、客户、内部流程、学习与成长。本文在进行研究的过程中,采用了多种分析方法相结合的方式展开,具体有文献研究法、案例分析法、层次分析法等,并以我国信托行业中比较典型的BGT信托公司为研究对象,在进行资料的分析与整理后,基于平衡计分卡使该公司在绩效管理体系的建设方面更趋完善。本文研究中,先就与绩效管理有关的概念进行介绍和说明,而后就平衡计分卡这种方法中的理论以及内容展开全面论述,并将其运用到BGT信托公司的绩效管理体系中,为该公司在绩效管理方面提供理论基础。其次,本文对我国信托行业整体的发展现状进行了论述,指明了BGT信托公司在经营与发展所处的环境,同时到该公司实地走访,并开展问卷调查,就BGT信托公司的发展现状、市场环境、战略目标、远景规划等展开深入的分析。本文在应用平衡计分卡研究绩效管理的过程中,其目的就是为了能够使BGT信托公司整体绩效水平提升上来。第三,从BGT信托公司实际情况出发,对其展开更为深入的分析与探讨,相应的构建平衡计分卡。同时利用层次分析法对平衡计分卡中的不同层次上的指标权重予以明确,然后有针对性的对BGT信托公司基于平衡计分卡所形成的绩效体系进行设计,并且对其中的具体流程展开全面而深入的分析与探讨。本文在研究的过程中,还综合分析BGT信托公司当前发展的实际情况,并通过研究得到相应的结论,即基于平衡计分卡所形成的绩效管理体系有利于促进企业更好实现其战略目标。 
英文摘要:The financial crisis has had a huge impact on the global economy, and after the financial crisis, various industries are constantly recovering, especially after the baptism of the financial crisis, the financial industry reshuffle, and this also for the development of the global financial industry to create a new opportunity. Both the securities market and the trust market are very important components of the financial industry, especially in the context of the development of the securities market in full swing, the impact of the trust market is becoming increasingly evident. In order to have relatively strong competitiveness in the market, the trust companies are constantly changing, especially in the development of more advanced performance management system, and in order to promote the overall business results to further enhance the Better achieve the company's short-term and long-term goals. To achieve this, some trust companies have introduced a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in performance management that better completes performance management within the company, and the performance indicators involved specifically relate to four aspects: financial , Customer, internal process, learning and growth. In this paper, we carry out the research process, using a variety of analytical methods combined with the way, specifically the literature research, case analysis, analytic hierarchy process, and to China's trust industry in the typical BGT Trust Company for the study , In the analysis and finishing of information, based on the Balanced Scorecard so that the company in the performance management system construction more perfect. In this paper, we first introduce and explain the concepts related to performance management, and compare and analyze the mainstream performance management methods, and then discuss the theory and content of the method of Balanced Scorecard. Applied to BGT Trust's performance management system to provide a theoretical basis for performance management in the company. Secondly, this paper discusses the status quo of the development of China's trust industry as a whole, and points out the environment of BGT Trust Company in operation and development, and visits the company and conducts a questionnaire survey. The development status of BGT Trust Company, Environment, strategic objectives, vision planning and other in-depth analysis. In this paper, the application of Balanced Scorecard in the performance management process, the purpose is to be able to BGT Trust Company to improve the overall performance level. Thirdly, starting from the actual situation of BGT Trust Company, we will analyze and discuss the development of the balance, from the aspects of finance, customer, internal process, learning and development, and use the analytic hierarchy process Balanced scorecard in the different levels of the weight of the indicators to be clear, and then targeted to the BGT Trust Company based on the Balanced Scorecard formed by the performance system design, and the specific process to start a comprehensive and in-depth analysis and To discuss. In the process of research, this paper also uses the combination of theory and practice to analyze the actual situation of BGT Trust Company's current development, and through the research, it is concluded that the performance management system based on Balanced Scorecard has Help to better realize their strategic objectives.
