中文摘要:改革开放以来,保险行业在国家政策的大力支持下、在巨大市场需求的支撑之下取得了快速的发展,迄今为止,已经快速发展了三十多年。在发展过程中充分借鉴吸收了国际社会先进经验,创造了巨大的社会价值。一方面,促进了经济社会的发展,另外一方面提供了大量的就业机会,统计显示,截止2016年6月,保险业实现原保险保费收入18812.82亿元。保险业资产总量14.27万亿元,保险从业人员井喷式增加,全国保险机构200家。各家保险公司和保险机构基本都采用代理人机制进行业务拓展,庞大的代理人队伍为整个行业的发展提供了源源不断的生机。 一方面,代理人制度的引进,以其成本低廉的优势极大的促进了行业的发展,但是,另一方面,由于代理人整体素质水平偏低,又反过来制约了接下来保险行业的持续发展。充分暴露的问题包括:忽视长期关注眼下、忽视保险服务质量、追求短期个人利益、不关心公司的发展、不重视客户利益、逆向选择和道德风险、甚至是连同客户欺骗保险公司的行为时有发生。直接导致了保险公司业务品质降低下,公司与客户间的关系疏远,间接提高了保险公司的经营成本。社会上一度流传的“保险理赔难”、“保险是骗人的”、“保险像传销”等说法,固然和整个社会对商业保险的认知还不够深刻有直接关系,但是不可否认的是这支代理人队伍的“特殊性”确实也是其中主要的原因。以太平洋保险公司为例,全国四十一家分公司,代理人总数已经达到了近80万人,保险业务覆盖全国各地,各地凸显的问题也同样层出不穷。 本研究从保险代理人管理存在的问题入手,结合代理人队伍的现状和暴露出来的问题进行深入研究,在代理人的激励方面进行深入的探索和设计,通过激励体系的完善设计和有效执行持续提升代理人队伍的能力与素质,改善团队状况,改善业务结构,提高企业与客户之间的沟通能力与效果。  
英文摘要:Since the Chinese Economic Reform has been propelled, the insurance industry has had a rapid development for more than thirty years basing on the strong support of national policy and the support of huge market demand. In the course of development, it has absorbed the advanced experience of the international community and has created a great social value. On the one hand, it has promoted the development of economic and society, on the other hand, it has provided a huge amount of employment opportunities. According to the statistics, by June 2016, the insurance industry has accomplished the original insurance premium income of 18812.82 billion yuan. The total amount of insurance assets has achieved 14.27 trillion yuan, and the insurance industry has been expanding in a blowout way. The insurance companies and insurance agencies have used the agent mechanism which was a vital force in insurance field. Agent system was characterized by a low cost which greatly promoted the development of the insurance industry, in the mean time, due to the poor quality of agents, the development of insurance industry has been constrained. There were several exposed problems. For instance, the loss of insurance agents was serious; agents pursued short-term personal interests ignoring the quality of insurance business, the development of the company, and the customers’ benefits which indirectly raised the operating cost of insurance company. The parlance of “insurance claims difficult” , “insurance is lying” and “insurance like pyramid selling” which was true that there was no direct correlation between the whole society and the cognition of business insurance, however, it was undeniable that the “special” of agent team was one of the main reasons. For instance, the Pacific Ocean insurance company which has forty filiales and almost 800000 agents. The insurance business has covered all parts of the country, and the problems has been continuously emerging. This study from the problems existing in the management of insurance agents, and combining the current situation of the agent team and conduct the thorough research to the exposed, in terms of the agent incentive in-depth exploration and design, through the improvement of the incentive system design and effective implementation of continued ascension agent team ability and quality, improve team, to improve the business structure, improve communication between businesses and their customers with effect.
