中文摘要:随着全球经济的发展,日益激烈市场竞争,全球制造业逐渐进入微利时代。价值最大化是企业追求的最终目标,是企业生产和发展的最大动力,而原材料及人力成本的不断增长,给企业带来更大的挑战,企业效益的提高愈发困难。精益生产采取利润主义的经营思想,通过彻底消除浪费和提高效率来达到降低成本的目的,从而实现利润最大化。精益生产作为提升企业管理水平的先进管理方法,近年来在制造型企业得到了越来越多的认可和应用。因此AK公司希望通过精益生产来提高生产效率,降低生产成本,提升管理水平,提高产品的竞争力和市场占有率。 本文主要讨论了精益生产的内容,精益生产的实施的特点。本文开篇介绍了课题的研究意义、国内外现状。并对精益生产的定义、理论的产生、精益生产的内涵及其评价做了较为详细的介绍。同时给出了论文的研究方法和技术路线。根据精益生产理论,以AK公司为研究对象,通过生产数据及工艺流程分析,发现其生产过程中的诸多不足如:生产线布局不合理,组装线生产不平衡、设备故障停机时间长、员工工作热情不高,绩效考核制度不完善、原材料损耗率高等问题;然后从人、机、料、法、环五个方面对AK公司生产运营中存在的问题进行了深入探讨、研究,提出对其进行精益化生产管理模式的思路。改进了生产线布局、实施全面生产维护提高了设备稳定性、鼓励员工参与改进项目、完善员工培训体系及考核制度提升员工士气;最后,利用精益思想“消灭浪费”提高了原材料的利用效率,精益生产的实施每年可为公司节省超过100万美元。 本文的研究结果为AK公司精益生产的实践提供了理论指导,降低了企业的生产成本、提高了交付能力、增强了企业竞争力。同时也对同类型制造企业实施精益生产具有一定的参考价值。  
英文摘要:With the global economy development and increasingly fierce market competition, manufacturing industry has entered a merger profit era, and the domestic enterprises are facing greater challenges. The maximum value is the ultimate goal for the enterprise and improving efficiency is beneficial to the realization of the goal. But in the post financial crisis era, along with rising material and labor cost, improving enterprises’ efficiency is becoming more and more difficult. Lean production adopted the operational idea for profit maximization resulted via cost reduction, thru thorough waste extinction and efficiency improvement. Lean production is an advanced management method which as a way to enhance the level of enterprise management. And this method has been more and more recognized and applied in manufacture industry in the recent years. So AK company hopes to improve the efficiency of raw materials through lean production and improve product competiveness and market share. This thesis focuses on the content of lean production, lean production methods and characteristics. The thesis begins with an introduction which is the significance of research, current situation at home and abroad. And introduce the definition of lean production, the generation of theory, the connotation and evaluation in detail. At the same time, the research method and technical route are given in this paper. According to the theory of lean production, use the AK company as the research object found a series of problems such as unreasonable layout of workshop, production line balance, equipment downtime, unsatisfied staff working enthusiasm and performance appraisal system and high rate of raw material loss through the data and process analysis of the production. And then take in-depth study in production and operation problems of AK company through the five aspects that is people, machine, material, method and environment. At last put forward the new idea of lean production mode. The implementation of lean production has helped the company improve the production line layout, improve the stability of the equipment and staff morale, in addition motivate employees to participate in improvement projects. AK company pay more attention to the core concept “eliminate waste” of lean production that has helped the company significantly improve the efficiency of raw materials’ utilization, 1 million dollars saving per year in AK company since the lean production introduced. The research of this thesis provides theoretical guidance for the practice of lean production in AK company. The implementation of this research has reduced the production cost, improved the delivery ability and enhanced the competitiveness of the enterprise. At the same time, it has certain reference value for the same type of manufacturing enterprises who implement lean production.
