中文摘要：	随着国内外经济环境的深刻变化、知识经济的发展以及管理理论的演化，公司连锁董事的现象在发达国家和发展中国家都出现得很普遍。这一种现象早己经受到经济学和社会学的相当大关注。 文章首先回顾了连锁董事理论、社会网络理论、社会网络分析理论的相关文献，以及当前国内外研究者对连锁董事网络的研究结果等内容，从研究内容、研究方法以及研究结果三个方面入手，找出国内外在此问题上研究方法的差距，从而找到本文的切入点。 接着文章介绍了进行上市公司连锁董事网络分析的模型和涉及到的指标，以及数据的来源、数据结构的处理。并根据数据、相关模型和相关指标对我国上市公司连锁董事网络进行实证分析和案例分析，客观描述该网络的现状，总结出中国上市公司连锁董事网络的特征、发生机理及影响因素，利用得出的结果同国外的一些研究结果进行比较，并对现有的连锁董事理论进行解释。 文章最后对本文的研究进行总结，根据研究分析得出的结果得出结论，同时在本章也提及了本研究中的局限性和有待进一步研究的相关问题。 本文的创新之处在于，第一，对公司治理的连锁董事问题运用了社会网络分析法进行分析研究；第二，运用完全而非抽样数据研究我国上市公司连锁董事网络，范围相对于我国相同方面的研究更加全面；第三，将我国连锁董事网络分为三大经济区域进行研究，并进行对比分析。
英文摘要：	Along with the profound changes in economic environment, the development of a knowledge-based economy as well as the evolution of management theory both at home and abroad, the phenomenon of interlocking directorate in both developed and developing countries is more and more general. And there is considerable concern about this from the standpoint of economy and sociology. Firstly, we retrospect the domestic and abroad study on interlocking directorate theory, social network theory, social network analysis theory, and interlocking directorate network, and then do the studies begin with study content, study method and study result three aspects, analyze the gap between domestic and abroad, and then find our paper's entry point. Secondly, we present the model and index of the corporate interlocking directorate network analysis, the data sources and data structures processing. And then we do empirical analysis and case study according to the data, describe the situation of the interlocking directorate network, and sum up the characteristics, the mechanism and influence factors of the network. We compare our results with domestic and abroad studies and explained the existing theories using those results. Finally, we summarize the study of this paper, reach a conclusion of the results, and at the same time, we also mentioned the limitations of this study and areas for further study. The innovations of this paper are as follows: We first use social network analysis method to analyze the interlocking directorate network in China. Then we use complete data rather than sample data to do the study, so the range of study is more comprehensive than the domestic studies about this direction. Finally, we divided the interlocking directorate network into three economic areas, and do contrastive analysis of the three local networks.
