中文摘要:随着图书馆在人们生活中变得越来越重要,图书馆志愿者工作也变得越来越重要。当下研究图书馆志愿者服务绩效影响因素的文献较少,缺乏完善的志愿者服务绩效影响因素研究体系,为图书馆志愿者的遴选与评价志愿者服务绩效带来了很多问题。本研究通过研究了解公共图书馆志愿者内涵与早期研究中的重要理论,发掘其中与志愿者服务绩效息息相关的重点影响因素及其影响机制。 在文献研究中,选取影响公共图书馆志愿者服务绩效重点相关的关键词,对文献进行分析,寻找其中重要影响因素研究存在问题,从而确定研究问题为:基于IC体系的公共图书馆志愿者服务绩效的影响因素研究;根据研究问题,发掘与之相关的重点研究文献,形成理论支持体系,并先对山东省图书馆进行预调研,发掘各变量之间相关性,建立研究模型。设计并发放问卷,对图书馆志愿者发放问卷进行点对点数据收集。通过对数据进行模型匹配并分析数据,对模型进行检验。研究结果中显示,核心自我评价对志愿者服务绩效具有正向影响关系,核心自我评价越高,对应志愿者服务绩效表现越好;个人主义-集体主义评价对志愿者服务绩效具有负相关关系,个人主义-集体主义评价越高,服务绩效越差;个人主义集体主义对核心自我评价和志愿者服务绩效的关系有正向影响;性别、学历、志愿者服务年限对志愿者服务绩效有影响,但并不显著。  
英文摘要:As libraries become more and more important in people's lives, volunteer work for libraries has become more and more important. At present, there are few literatures about the influencing factors of library volunteer service performance, and there is no perfect system to study the influencing factors of volunteer service performance, which brings many problems for the library volunteer selection and the evaluation of volunteer service performance. Through studying and understanding the important theories in the connotation and early research of volunteers in public libraries, this study explores the key influencing factors and their influencing mechanisms which are closely related to the performance of volunteer services. In the literature research, we select key words that affect the service performance of public library volunteers, analyze the literature and find out the problems in the research of important influencing factors, so as to determine the research question as follows: Core self-evaluation under the influence of IC values According to the research questions, we excavate the key research literature and form the theoretical support system. First we research the library of Shandong Province to find out the correlation between the variables and establish the research model. Design and issue questionnaires, collect questionnaires from library volunteers and collect peer-to-peer data. The model is tested by matching the data and analyzing the data. The results of the research show that the core self-evaluation has a positive impact on the performance of volunteer service, the higher the core self-evaluation, the better performance of volunteer service performance; the individualism-collectivism evaluation has a negative correlation with the performance of volunteer service, Individualism - the higher the collectivism evaluation, the poorer the service performance; the individualism collectivism has a positive influence on the relationship between the core self-evaluation and the volunteer service performance; the gender, education and volunteer service years have an impact on the volunteer service performance, But not significant.
