| 中文摘要: | 四川省社科院文献信息中心是四川省社科院的文献资料信息中心,为全院的科研和教学服务,也为省委省政府的科学决策提供信息服务。文献信息中心从上世纪70年代成立至今,已有40余年的历史,国内外的高校图书馆和公共图书馆在这40余年随着计算机网络技术的发展、信息技术的进步,都在力求改革和创新。而国内大部分地方社科院图书馆却固步自封,依然以传统的文献传递服务为主,不重视读者和信息服务,四川省社科院图书馆也不例外。如果图书馆不做出改变,迟早会被科研人员彻底遗忘。信息服务方式要进行转型和改革创新,最关键的是抓住科研人员的信息需求,而新入职科研人员是个很好的突破口。本研究主要包括三方面内容,一是通过与10位新入职科研人员进行深度访谈,深入了解他们入职前后在信息需求和信息行为方面的情况特征以及发生的变化;二是四川省社科院文献信息中心信息服务的现状及存在的问题分析;三是根据整理和分析深度访谈的内容,结合新入职科研人员信息需求和信息行为发生的变化,提出图书馆信息服务的优化策略。通过访谈发现新入职科研人员入职后在信息需求内容方面更具专业性、全面性、准确性、系统性和阶段性等特征;相应地,信息行为也发生一系列的变化,查询信息的渠道增加、搜寻信息时更加重视信息的全面性和准确性、对纸质文献也更加重视、更加关注学科前沿热点以及新颁发的政策法规等,且新入职科研人员的学历与求学经历不同,信息行为也存在较大差异。并且新入职科研人员普遍对信息素养不够重视。在分析四川省社科院文献信息中心信息服务目前的状况和问题的基础上,提出信息服务的优化策略:图书馆应该改变“重藏轻用”的观点,实现“以用户为本”的人本化服务;优化馆藏特色资源;开展信息素养的培训活动等等。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Document Information Center of Sichuan Academy of Social Sciences is the literature information center for the Sichuan Academy of Social Sciences’research and teaching services, but also for the provincial government's scientific decision-making information services. Since the establishment of the literature and information center from the 1970s, more than 40 years of history, domestic and foreign university libraries and public libraries in the more than 40 years with the development of computer network technology, information technology progress, are trying to reform and innovation. And most of the local Academy of Social Sciences Library is rest on its laurels, still to the traditional literature delivery service, do not attach importance to readers and information services, Sichuan Academy of Social Sciences Library is no exception. If the library does not make changes, sooner or later will be completely forgotten by researchers. Information services to carry out the transformation and reform and innovation, the most critical is to seize the information needs of scientific researchers, and the new recruiting researchers is a good breakthrough. This study mainly includes three aspects.First,through 15 new recruiting researchers with in-depth interviews, in-depth understanding of their entry before and after the information needs and information behavior in the situation and the changes in the situation; Second, Sichuan Academy of Social Sciences literature Information center information service status and the existing problems analysis; Third, according to the finishing and analysis of the depth of the interview content, combined with the new entry of scientific research personnel information needs and information behavior changes, put forward the optimization strategy of library information service. Through the interview, it is found that the new recruiting researchers are more professional, comprehensive, accurate, systematic and phased in terms of information needs after entry. Correspondingly, the information behavior has also changed.More information channels on the search,more attention to the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the information, pay more attention to the literature, pay more attention to the frontier of the discipline as well as the newly issued policies and regulations, and with the academic qualifications and school experience is different, the new recruiting researchers’information behavior there is a big difference. And they generally lack of attention to information literacy. On the basis of analyzing the current situation and problems of the information service , this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of information service: the library should change the view to realize "user-oriented" of the service; optimize the collection of special resources; to carry out information literacy training activities and so on. | |
