中文摘要:摘要    中信集团是一家开创先河的企业,经过30年的发展,中信集团成为一家跨国企业集团,也是国内最大的综合性企业集团。中信集团以“成为综合优势明显,若干领域领先,具有核心竞争力的国际一流大型企业集团”为目标远景。在经营发展过程中,中信集团认识到协同的重要性,因为协同能够把集团的内各个相关和不相关的业务联系起来,发挥整体优势,提升中信集团各家子公司的市场竞争力。    经过多年的探索发展,中信集团的协同组织和管理制度已经日趋成熟,信息交流渠道、区域及行业合作平台基本搭建,协同文化、意识逐步培育。中信集团从组织形态、体制机制、信息共享平台等方面为国内企业集团的协同发展提供了可借鉴的经验。但从执行层面来看,多数子公司对协同的内涵认识不足,不能有效识别协同机会;有些子公司较多站在各自利益角度,不愿分享自己拥有的资源,协同意愿不强烈,造成了中信集团子公司间协同不均衡、协同的程度不深入,协同的效率低等问题。因此,如何帮助子公司识别协同机会,如何充分调动子公司协同的积极性,提升集团子公司协同的效率是中信集团子公司协同发展需要解决的首要问题。    本文在对企业集团理论和协同效应理论研究的基础上,首先对企业集团的概念以及协同效应的概念进行了界定,着重探索研究了企业集团协同效应理论,而后对中信集团子公司的协同现状进行了分析,找出了子公司协同存在的问题以及原因所在,提出了中信集团子公司协同优化方案,构建了中信集团关键协同要素,论述了中信集团关键协同要素作用机制;在此基础上,提出了中信集团子公司协同优化方案实施保障。    关键词:企业集团;协同效应;中信集团;协同要素 
英文摘要:Abstract    CITIC Group is a pioneering enterprise. In 30 years, CITIC Group has become a multinational enterprise group and the largest comprehensive?enterprise group in China. CITIC Group takes the vision of “becoming a world-class large-sized enterprise group with obvious advantages in comprehensive advantages, leading positions in several fields and core competitiveness.” In the process of business development, CITIC Group recognized the importance of synergy, because synergies can bring together all relevant and unrelated businesses within the Group, give full play to its overall advantages and enhance the market competitiveness of CITIC Group's subsidiaries.    After years of exploration and development, CITIC Group's synergetic organization and management system has matured. Information exchange channels, regional and industry cooperation platforms have basically been established, and collaborative culture and awareness have been gradually nurtured. CITIC Group has provided lessons for the synergy of domestic conglomerates in organizational form, institutional mechanism and information platform. However, from an executive perspective, most subsidiaries do not have sufficient understanding of synergies and cannot effectively identify synergies. Some subsidiaries are more concerned with their own interests and are reluctant to share the resources they own. The synergies are not strong, resulting in problems such as under-coordinated synergies among subsidiaries of CITIC Group, low synergies and so on. Therefore, how to identify synergies, how to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of subsidiaries and how to enhance synergies between subsidiaries is the most important issue to be solved.    On the basis of the research on the theory of enterprise group and the theory of synergy effects, firstly, the thesis defines the concept of group of enterprises and the concept of synergies, and emphatically explores the theory of synergies of enterprise groups. After that, it analyzes the synergy status of CITIC Group's subsidiaries, finds out the problems and root causes of the synergies among the subsidiaries, puts forward the synergistic implementation plan of CITIC Group's subsidiaries, constructs the synergy factor system of CITIC Group, and discusses the synergy factors of CITIC Group System mechanism. On basis of these, the thesis proposes that CITIC Group Subsidiaries implement the scheme guarantee in coordination. Key Words:Synergy effects; Enterprise group; CITIC Group; Synergetic factor
