中文摘要：	随着经济和社会的迅猛发展，现代社会越来越成为一个风险社会，企业无论是内部系统还是外部环境都处于动态变化之中，环境变化的加剧和系统无序化程度的加强使企业面临着极大的不确定性，即风险增大。企业对风险管理的需求上升到对风险系统运行过程的全面监控与管理。加强对企业风险传导机理的研究，有助于从过程的视角进一步了解和掌握风险对于企业产生影响的整个动态过程及其规律，从而更好的控制和管理企业风险。 另一方面，国际市场对于企业来说更是充满各种不确定性，而众多企业的实践说明，要想取得国际化的成功，对国际化风险的良好控制已经成为一个必要条件。国际化风险是最具动态性和传导性的，而前人在对国际化风险的论述上多从静态的角度入手，这样就自然不能从过程的视角深入了解国际化风险的传导与变化，也就不能很好的控制和管理国际化风险。本研究借鉴已有风险传导的理论成果，将其应有于国际化风险的研究中，从而为国际化企业的风险管理提供了一个新的思路，因为具有重要的理论和实践价值。 本研究首先对风险传导理论和国际化风险理论进行了梳理，为后面的研究打下坚实的理论基础，然后对国际化风险传导的特征和路径进行了研究，并在此基础上提出国际化风险传导一般模型，并对其进行了解释和说明。之后，本文就当今金融危机背景下中国企业国际化的行为特征进行了总结，并对国际化风险传导的新特点进行了概括。最后，本研究提出基于风险传导的“预防—疏导—转化”三位一体的企业国际化风险传导应对策略，从而为企业的实践提供一定的指导。
英文摘要：	With the rapid development of economy and society，both enterprises interior system and exterior environment are in the condition of dynamic movement. The tremendous change of environment and strengthen of out-of-order about system makes enterprises face a lot of infinite uncertainties，we can also call the phenomenon risk aggrandizement. This situation compels enterprise change the risk management from risk preventing to the whole monitoring and managing about run course of risk system. Therefore，deepen the research on the enterprise risk conduction mechanism will help to know and grasp rules and principle of the whole dynamic course which risk influences enterprise. All of these will do well to control and management enterprise risk more effectively. On the other hand, the international market is full of uncertainty, and the numerous enterprises’ practices shows that only with good control of the international risk could an enterprise get the chance to success in the international market. The internationalization risk is dynamic and conductive, but most of the former researchers take a static angle when they discussed on this field, and this stopped them from deepening into the changing and conducting of international risk, which of course prevented them managing and controlling international risk very well. In this research, we used the latest theory of risk conduction, and this gave us a new method for the management of international risk. Therefore, the research of enterprise risk has significant theoretic and practical value. In this research, firstly we carried on a detailed review of risk conduction theory and international risk theory. After that, we discussed the character and route of international risk conduction, and we proposed a general model of international risk conduction based on the former discussion. Then, we summarized the new characters of the international behaviors and international risk conduction in China in the background of the global financial crisis. Finally, this research proposes a “prevention - unblocking - transformation” model of international risk management based on the former discussion, and provided some instruction for the enterprise which involves in the international markets and encountered the international risks.
