中文摘要: | 在电子政务领域,政务微信逐渐成为政务发展的重要方式,因为政务微信能使政务服务方式更加高效、便捷,各政府部门意识到其独特的优势从而纷纷推出各类政务微信。政务微信能够提高政府部门服务效率,从而开拓出一条紧密联系公众、信息公开、办实事、高效沟通的有效途径。然而政务微信自应用以来作为政府一种新的服务方式,公众的接受和持续使用是其成功的主要因素。所以分析政务微信公众持续使用意愿影响因素能够明确政务微信发展方向,提升政府服务水平。 本研究将政务微信的使用公众作为研究对象,以期望确认理论为模型基础,先后阅读并总结了国内外诸多文献后,形成了政务微信公众持续使用意愿影响因素模型,明确变量的定义、提出理论假设并设计调研问卷,内容包含问卷设计原则、步骤与被调研者选择。调研问卷数据处理包括基本统计分析、信、效度分析、相关性分析、结构方程模型等等,最后总结出如下结论:期望确认对感知可用性显著影响,移动性能够显著影响满意度,互动性显著影响持续使用意愿,感知有用性显著影响持续使用意愿四项成立的假设,以及八项研究假设不成立。随后针对本文的验证结果,并结合政务微信的具体实际情况对成立的假设做出详细的分析,并对不成立的假设进行相关推理和解释。在研究的最后,针对分析结果提出了几点针对性建议:政务微信若想保留住用户并提升用户持续使用意愿,就应做好政务微信其本身的有用性以及互动性;注重提升用户体验,增强政务微信可用性建设;加强移动技术应用,提高用户满意度,从而更大的发挥政务微信服务公众的作用。 | |
英文摘要: | In the field of e-government, government WeChat gradually become an important way of government development, because the government WeChat can make the government service more efficient and convenient, the government departments to realize its unique advantages and thus have launched various types of government WeChat. Government WeChat can improve the efficiency of government services, thus opening up a close contact with the public, information disclosure, practical and efficient communication effective way. However, since the application of government WeChat since the government as a new way of service, public acceptance and continuous use is the main factor in its success. Therefore, it is clear that the influence factors of the public use of government WeChat can clearly define the development direction of WeChat and improve the government service level. This study will be the government WeChat users as the object of study, based on the model of expectation confirmation theory, Has read and summed up a lot of literature at home and abroad, formed with perceived usefulness, perceived usability, satisfaction, interactivity, mobility, impact factors of government WeChat public willingness to model the continuous use, clear the definition of a variable, put forward the theoretical hypothesis and research questionnaire design, including design principle, design steps and the selection of respondents. The questionnaire data processing includes basic statistical analysis, letter and validity analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation model and so on. Finally, the conclusion is drawn as follows: Expectations confirm significant impact on perceived usability, mobility significantly impact on satisfaction, interactive significant impact on persistence Intentional use, perceived usefulness significantly affect the four established assumptions about the willingness to use continuously and the eight research hypotheses do not hold. Then based on the verification results of this paper, the author analyzes the hypotheses in detail based on the actual situation of WeChat government and makes relevant inferences and explanations for the hypotheses that are not established. At the end of the research, some suggestions are put forward according to the results of the analysis: if we want to retain the users and enhance the users' willingness to continue to use, WeChat should do its own usefulness and interactivity; pay attention to improving the user experience, Enhance the usability of government WeChat; strengthen the application of mobile technologies and enhance customer satisfaction so as to give full play to the role of the government WeChat public service. | |
