中文摘要: 当前全球化面临的挑战是,满足不断增长的全球资本和消费品需求同时确保人类在社会、环境和经济方面的可持续发展。目前,工业价值创造在早期工业化国家正处于工业化的第四阶段,其中的一个可预见的分支就是工业4.0。工业4.0将传统产业的优势与前沿互联网技术结合起来。它包含的一套技术,使智能产品集成到复杂的数字过程中。 在工业4.0提出之前,很多德国企业就运用自己强大的工业基础,进行了数十年的探索,西门子股份公司(以下简称“西门子”)就是最主要的引领者。德国制造业是世界上最具竞争力的,拥有不可撼动的领头羊地位。这在很大程度上源于德国企业对于复杂工业控制和管理的专注以及对创新型工业科技产品的研究和开发的投入。西门子作为工业4.0概念的提出和践行者,也在不断探索并调整自己的产品结构,以保证在未来的市场竞争中处于有利地位。 本论文主要是剖析西门子在工业4.0概念下对产品结构调整的原因,理论基础,调整思路,效果分析等方面,重点是阐述其实施工业4.0的思路和路径。整个研究过程,基于对工业4.0参考结构模型的深入分析,并结合西门子170年来从市场变迁过程中汲取的经验,自身在产品和技术等方面的优势,总结并逐步迭代成自己的产品结构调整轨迹。从本质上说,西门子的工业4.0是对潜在市场的一种探索,在产业升级过程中寻找新的业务增长点。作为行业领军企业,其探索过程极具借鉴意义,而且从暂时的效果来看,调整方向,实施策略等方面都已经初见成效。经分析可发现,更高层次的运营效率;新业务模型产生的新的价值增值;数字化转型,是此次西门子工业4.0 产品结构调整思路的核心,这三点也是对工业4.0变革的高度浓缩,正是本文的创新之处所在。 从执行层面,没有任何一个企业已经完成了工业4.0的产业转型,但西门子极具探索精神的产品结构调整过程,会为其他企业实现工业4.0的战略构想提供宝贵的案例支持。 
英文摘要:The current globalization is faced by the challenge to meet the continuously growing worldwide demand for capital and consumer goods by simultaneously ensuring a sustainable evolvement of human existence in its social, environmental and economic dimensions. At present, the competition of global manufacturing, have turned to technology and innovation competition. Industry 4.0 combines the advantages of traditional industries and leading Internet technology. It contains a set of technology, integration of intelligent product to complex digital and physical process. According to decades of exploration, Siemens Corporation (hereinafter referred to as ‘Siemens’) is a main leader. German manufacturing is one of the most competitive manufacturing in the world, the global leadership of the equipment manufacturing sector has unchallenged. Germany focuses on innovation, industrial technology research and development, and management of the complex industrial process. As leader of Industry 4.0, Siemens are continuously explored and adjust their product architecture, to ensure the leading position in the future marketing competition. The main purpose of this paper is in depth analysis the adjustment reason, theory foundation, adjustment logic, final effect etc. of Siemens’ products architecture. The key points are the pathway and thinking to implement industry 4.0. In the whole paper, the research combines with Reference Architecture Model Industry 4.0 as theory basic and the past industry and products advantage of Siemens in the past 170 years. Industry 4.0 in Siemens is an exploration to potential market, search for business growth in new emerging market. As a leading entrepreneur, Siemens’s exploration process has referential significance. As so far, the adjustment direction and implement strategic already have effect. The kernel of Siemens’s industry 4.0 is higher level operation efficiency; new value added model; digital transformation.These are high enrichment of industry 4.0 renovation and it is the innovation of this paper. In execution level, no entrepreneur has completed the transformation of industry 4.0. The adjustment of products infrastructure in Siemens will provide reference for the domestic industry manufacturing enterprises.
