中文摘要:随着信息技术、网络技术和计算机技术的迅速发展,现代远程教育借助网络媒体得到了迅速发展,各种网络教育机构和公司普遍成立,满足了人们学习、工作和教育提升的现实需要,e-learning正成为当代包括企业界在内的各阶层各领域的一种主要的学习方式。企业员工学习能力的高低决定了企业组织竞争力的强弱,然而,包括企业e-learning系统在内的很多培训和教育项目难以产生令人满意的结果,许多企业都未能实现提高员工学习能力的预期目的。 与此同时,在“信息爆炸”的今天,在供大于求、竞争日趋激烈的市场条件下,知识成为企业获得超额利润取得竞争优势的最有力武器,知识管理成为知识经济时代组织和个人获取竞争优势的重要手段。知识社区作为企业知识管理中的核心组成,成为推动知识交流、传递、共享、创新的催化剂。 因此,在企业知识管理化的进程中,围绕e-learning加速知识社区的发展已成为企业一项不可或缺的战略。它不仅能降低培训成本,提高工作效率,而且还能促进组织成员之间的知识共享和创新,进而提高组织整体的竞争优势。基于知识社区的e-learning是一个很大的学习系统,它包括政策制定、环境创建、技术实施、资金支持、管理等各个方面。本文从创建一个让学习者乐于分享学习和经验的环境出发,详细探讨了基于知识社区的e-learning模式构建,搭建出基于知识社区的e-learning的综合模式、价值链模式、服务模式以及知识转移模式;研究了基于知识社区的e-learning运行机制,提出了基于知识社区的e-learning的知识转化机制、学习机制、知识共享机制和知识创新机制;同时,本文还以美国AM公司的知识管理实践为例,阐述该公司基于知识社区的e-learning的构建、实施和评估过程,旨在为组织构建基于知识社区的e-learning提供理论指导,为我国的组织和企业实施基于知识社区的e-learning项目提供借鉴。 
英文摘要:With the rapid development of information technology as well as the Internet, Modern distance education has been through the rapid development by the network media. The learning ability of employees determines the level of competitiveness of one group. However, it would be difficult for lots of training and education projects to produce a satisfactory result, including corporate e-learning systems. Many enterprises have failed to help their staff to increase their capacity to the extent intended. At the same time, in the information explosion society nowadays, we can see that supply exceeds demand and feel the severer competitive market. Knowledge management has become an important tool for organizations and individuals to obtain advantage in the era of knowledge economy. Knowledge community, as the heart of knowledge management, has become a catalyst for promoting the exchange, transfer, share and innovation of knowledge. As a result, in the process of enterprise knowledge management, the focus on knowledge community around e-learning to accelerate the development of knowledge community has become an essential business strategy. This paper dwells at length on the model building of knowledge-community based e-learning, building the comprehensive mode, value chain mode, service mode as well as knowledge transfer mode; at the same time, the article also talks about knowledge management practices of AM in United States based on the building of company's knowledge community-based e-learning. This paper aims to provide theoretical guidance for China's enterprises which plan to build a knowledge- community based e-learning.
