中文摘要：	O2O（Online to Offline）在国内是以团购兴起的新型商业模式，经过2013年的飞速发展，从团购拓展到诸多的业务形态，例如团购外卖、社区服务、金融服务、招聘行业等，其机会多、挑战大、失败率高的细分行业，到目前为止还没有出现绝对的行业垄断者，反而是竞争最为激烈的领域，同时也是资本和创业者交逐的领域，因此也就出现了O2O类型的互联网企业融资需求的问题。鉴于O2O模式是近几年新兴的商业形式，因此更多的往往是互联网的企业应用此模式。互联网企业与传统行业不同，故而不能用传统的偿债能力和盈利数据指标来帮助企业获得融资。但O2O类型的互联网企业又存在巨大的融资需求，所以就需要从O2O模式的特点分析互联网企业的融资能力，继而针对O2O类型的互联网企业通过那几个方面的能力反映其融资方面的能力，从而让投资者更能信服且投资。本文以互联网企业运营者的角度对O2O模式及其互联网企业和融资的相关基本概念介绍分析，利用理论和文献研究法、实证分析法、归纳分析法和案例的研究方法，并且通过对O2O模式文献综述分析了国内外学者对O2O模式的研究和看法加以阐述，以及对O2O模式的兴起、特点以及发展现状方面进行介绍，对O2O模式的四种分类做了阐述的分析并举例分析，又借助对互联网企业的融资需求及特点、互联网企业的融资方式和类型、互联网企业的融资能力进行分析，详细说明了O2O发展模式融资下的独特性。O2O模式下企业估值因素来分析O2O类型的互联网企业融资的核心要素，从而引出O2O类型的互联网企业分析其各方面的融资能力。针对O2O类型的互联网企业融资能力包括：客户获取能力、物流配送能力、客户服务能力三个方面的能力分析对互联网企业融资具有深远的影响。最后通过对饿了么的介绍，充分展示了O2O类型的互联网企业各方面的融资能力，并针对饿了么从成立之初当现在的融资成果进行分析，验证了饿了么在O2O模式下的融资能力对融资的成果，给出了相关的研究结论以及研究的对策和建议，为从事此领域的互联网企业的融资提供了一些借鉴。
英文摘要：	O2O (Online to Offline) in domestic is a bulk of the new business model, after 2013 years of rapid development, from group to expand to other business forms, such as bulk delivery, community services, financial services, recruiting industry and so on, the more opportunities, challenges and high failure rate of niche business, so far there is no absolute monopolies, but the most competitive areas, as well as capital and entrepreneurs pay by field, thus appeared the O2O-type of Internet enterprise financing needs. Since the O2O model is emerging as a business model in recent years, more enterprises, often of the Internet, apply this model. Internet companies are different from traditional industries, so they can not use traditional solvency and profitability data to help them get financing. However, O2O-type Internet companies have enormous financing needs, so they need to analyze the characteristics of the O2O model of Internet companies financing capabilities, and then for O2O-type Internet companies through those aspects of the ability to reflect its ability to finance, and thus Let investors be more convincing and investment. In this paper, the Internet business operators of the O2O model and the Internet business and finance related basic concepts are introduced and analyzed, analysis method, inductive analysis method and case research method by using the theory and method of literature research, empirical research, and through the review of literature research and analysis of O2O model in view of domestic and foreign scholars on the O2O model described.
