中文摘要:中国新能源汽车行业具有自己的独特性,在现阶段政策下具有政府补贴,但是补贴金额在逐年降低,新能源汽车企业为了追求利润,只能更加严格控制产品成本。 本文运用项目管理知识,对新能源汽车动力系统研发项目产品成本控制研究,通过检测、分析、纠偏及变更对新能源汽车动力系统研发项目产品成本进行控制,最终使新能源汽车动力系统研发项目产品成本达到预定目标。 本文采取的研究方法为案例分析法,通过S公司F型纯电动客车动力系统研发项目案例研究,使用因果图法等工具进行原因分析,通过纠偏预案法进行纠偏,采用成本控制方法提高对新能源汽车动力系统研发项目产品成本把握的精准度。 本文首先介绍了目前新能源汽车动力系统研发项目产品成本控制的概况,研究出该项目产品成本控制的必要性,并对本文选题背景、研究目的和方法进行了介绍。第二章回顾了成本控制的相关概念理论,为本文的研究打下理论基础。第三章对新能源汽车动力系统研发项目的独特性进行阐述,通过对新能源汽车动力系统研发项目内容介绍,并总结出新能源汽车动力系统研发项目产品成本控制流程图。第四章介绍了新能源汽车动力系统研发项目产品成本控制方法,包括相应的产品成本检测和分析方法、产品成本纠偏方法、产品成本标准变更方法。第五章是新能源汽车动力系统研发项目产品成本控制的保障措施,从组织机构、激励制度等方面介绍了新能源汽车动力系统研发项目产品成本控制的保障措施。第六章对S公司F型纯电动客车动力系统研发项目案例进行分析研究,介绍了新能源汽车动力系统研发项目产品成本控制方法应用的实施过程。通过对S公司F型纯电动客车动力系统研发项目案例的研究,证明了新能源汽车动力系统开发企业使用成本控制方法对新能源汽车动力系统研发项目控制有着明显的效果,可以有效的保证新能源汽车动力系统项目产品成本控制。  
英文摘要:China’s new energy automotive industry has its own uniqueness, under the current policy with government subsidies, but subsidies in reducing year by year, if the new energy automobile enterprises want to go for profits, only more strictly to control the product cost. The thesis uses the project management knowledge, via the R&D projects’ product cost control research of new energy automobile power system, through testing, analysis, correction and change, to control the R&D projects product cost of new energy automobile power system, eventually make the R&D project product’s cost of new energy vehicle power system to the expected goal. The thesis adopts the case analysis method, through the R&D project case study of S company F type pure electric bus power system, using the tools such as cause and effect diagram method for root cause analysis, through the rectifying plan method to rectify the deviation, adopting the cost control method for the R&D projects’ product cost of new energy automobile power system, to improve the accuracy of control. The thesis first introduces the new energy vehicle power system development general situation of project product cost control, work out the necessity of the project product cost control, and the paper selected topic background, research purpose and method are introduced. The second chapter reviews the concept theory of cost control and lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper. The third chapter on the new energy automobile power system research elaborates the uniqueness of the project, based on new energy vehicle power system development project content, and summarizes the R&D projects’ product cost of new energy automobile power system flow chart. The fourth chapter introduces the R&D projects’ product cost of new energy automobile power system method, including the corresponding product cost detection and analysis method, the product cost corrective method, and product cost standard change method. The fifth chapter is the R&D projects’ product cost of new energy automobile power system safeguards, introduced from the aspects of organization, incentive system and other R&D projects’ product cost of new energy automobile power system safeguards. The sixth chapter though the R&D project case analysis of S company F type pure electric bus power system, the thesis introduces how to implement the process for the R&D projects’ product cost of new energy automobile power system method. Based on the R&D project case studies of S company F type pure electric bus power system, proved that the R&D projects’ product cost of new energy automobile power system method is very useful for the new energy automobile power system enterprise, and guaranteeing the project product cost control of new energy automobile power system.
