中文摘要:摘 要 2016年,我国汽车年度汽车销量达2802万辆,中国已连续八年蝉联全球汽车销量第一大市场。与此同时,汽车金融业务在我国同样进入高速发展阶段,近年来已逐渐成为汽车市场价值链中最具成长性的重要组成部分。 截至2016年末,我国汽车金融业务总资产接近万亿规模,其中25家注册汽车金融公司总资产总计达到5728亿元。以汽车金融公司为主的汽车金融业务已成为国内经济社会发展所不可或缺的金融业态之一。汽车金融业务不仅有力的支持了我国汽车产业高速发展及转型升级,同时极大的满足了国内消费者全方位的金融服务需求。 本文选择梅赛德斯-奔驰汽车金融公司作为案例进行研究,通过理论与实例分析相结合的研究方法,基于汽车金融业务的相关理论基础,综合运用SWOT分析法及PEST分析法等公司战略工具,从发展战略定位,资源保障及战略方案执行等角度对奔驰汽车金融在我国十二年发展中形成的迭代优化战略进行重点分析,总结影响奔驰汽车金融未来发展的主要因素,并在此基础上给出完善奔驰汽车金融发展战略的补充建议。 希望本文可以在总结外资先进汽车金融服务企业发展经验的基础上,对我国自主汽车金融服务企业提供一些参考,促进我国汽车金融公司的进一步良性发展。 
英文摘要:Abstract With a 28 millions sales performance in 2016, China has been the largest automobile market worldwide for the eighth time. Meanwhile, auto finance industry also comes into a booming development in the same period. So far auto finance has become the most growing part across whole automobile industry in China. By the end of 2016, with a 572 billion asset owned by all 25 registered auto finance companies, the auto finance industry in China has reach its asset scale at a 1000 billion level. On one hand, this impressing growth makes great contributions to the automobile industry development and industry transformation; on the other hand it also satisfied the tremendous consuming needs to millions of customers across China. Here selected Mercedes-Benz auto finance company as the study case. Based on the auto finance business theory, it takes theoretical analysis and empirical analysis combining research methods. This thesis made structure analysis on the company strategy of Mercedes-Benz auto finance company from perspectives such as strategy positioning, strategy resource guarantee and strategy implementation. It also summarized the main factors which influencing the Mercedes-Benz auto finance company development by using strategy analysis tools of SWOT and PEST. With suggestions to improving the Mercedes-Benz auto finance company strategy management, this research also have certain reference value to domestic auto finance companies.
