| 中文摘要: | 在国内市场竞争日益激烈的今天,对于利润水平较低的管桩制造企业来讲,面对着史无前例的机遇与挑战。企业需要怎样获得生存与发展,需要怎样摆脱建立在低质量、高耗能基础上的价格战争?这就需要企业根据自身所处的环境及自身优势,确立企业战略目标并实施。 战略管理是指对企业的全局的、长远的规划,决定了企业未来的发展方向、发展目标及发展措施。战略管理在企业中起到纲领性和指导性的作用。通过战略管理方法对企业作出分析,能够为企业的前进明确方向,保证企业的可持续发展。 本文将制造业中的H管桩公司作为研究对象,结合企业战略管理理论的知识,对处于市场激烈竞争环境下的公司进行战略分析、战略制定,并对战略的具体实施进行探讨,其中运用PSET分析模型及六种力量模型对企业外部环境进行分析,结合价值链分析及SWOT分析模型对企业内部环境进行分析,从而制定出符合企业的发展战略,并制定战略实施方法,保证战略目标的实现。 通过本文的案例研究,希望对其他管桩公司和混凝土制造行业的其他单位提供一些参考和帮助。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the increasingly fierce competition in the domestic market, the pipe pile manufacturing industry is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges for the lower level of profit. How does the enterprise need to survive and develop, and how to get rid of the price war based on low quality and high energy consumption? This requires enterprises to establish their strategic goals and implement them according to their own environment and their own advantages. Strategic management refers to the overall and long-term planning of the enterprise, determines the future development direction, development target and development measures of the enterprise. Strategic management plays a programmatic and instructive role in the enterprise. Through the strategic management method to analyze the enterprise, can make clear direction for the enterprise's progress, and ensure the sustainable development of the enterprise. In this paper, the manufacturing industry in the pile of H company as the research object, combined with the enterprise strategic management theory, strategic analysis, in the fierce market competition environment, the specific implementation of strategy formulation and strategy are analyzed, including the use of PSET analysis model and six forces model to analyze the external environment of enterprises, combined with the value chain the analysis of SWOT model and the analysis of internal environment, so as to formulate competitive strategy, and develop the implementation strategy, ensure the realization of strategic goals. Through the case study in this paper, we hope to provide some reference and help for other companies and pipe pile units in the manufacturing industry. | |
