中文摘要:汽车工业经过100多年的发展,如今已成为全球非常重要的大规模产业之一。汽车产业在全球经济发展和社会进步中,起着至关重要的作用。我国现在已经成为全球汽车第一生产与销售大国,汽车销售与售后渠道已日趋完善。本文主要从对一种新兴的汽车销售商业模式——汽车电商商业模式的思考入手,基于相关理论与实践,多方面进行详细的分析,并利用商业模式画布对汽车电商商业模式进行设计,最终对此商业模式进行风险识别与控制。 本文共六个部分: 第一部分为绪论,主要分析研究的背景和意义,内容和方法及思路与框架。 第二部分为相关理论与实践的综述,这部分主要介绍商业模式理论及相关内容,以及战略管理理论及相关内容。另外,还会对汽车电商进行详细的介绍。 第三部分内容,主要是对汽车交易进行分析,介绍了主要的汽车交易渠道和汽车交易环节。在介绍完交易环节之后,还对渗透在交易环节中的客户利益进行了分析。 第四部分为本文的重点章节,本章节开始部分利用PEST和SWOT等管理工具对汽车电商进行了内外部环境分析,加之前三部分的内容,本部分运用商业模式画布,对汽车电商商业模式进行了具体设计。 第五部分是在完成对汽车电商商业模式的设计之后,对运营风险进行识别,并给出控制办法。 最后是结论与展望,对研究结论进行总结归纳,并对未来研究方向做出展望。 
英文摘要:After more than 100 years development, the automobile industry has become one of the most important large-scale industries in the world. The automobile industry plays a vital role in global economic development and social progress. China has become the first production and sales big country now, and the automobile sales and the channels after sale have been improving gradually. This thesis mainly aims at an emerging auto sales business model – e-commerce auto business mode, based on the related theory and practice, making detailed analysis in many ways, and using the business model canvas to design automotive e-commerce model, eventually makes risk identification and control of this business model. This thesis has six parts: The first part is the introduction, which mainly analyzes the background and significance of this thesis, contents, methods, thought and framework. The second part is the review of relevant theories and practices, which will mainly introduce the theory of business model and relevant content, as well as the strategic management theory and related content. In addition, there will be a detailed introduction to the auto e-commerce. The third part mainly analyzes the auto transaction, which will introduce the main automobile trading channel and the auto trading link. After the introduction of the trading link, it will also analyze the customers' interests in the trading link. The fourth part is the most important of this thesis, this chapter begins to use some management tools to analyze the internal and external environment of auto e-commerce model, such as PEST and SWOT. And with the content of the former three parts, this part uses the business model canvas, to make detailed design for the business mode of the auto e-commerce. The fifth part will identify the operation risk and give the control method after completing the design of the auto e-commerce business mode. Finally, the last part is the conclusion and prospect, summarizes the research conclusions, and gives a judgment on the limitations of the research and the future research direction.
