中文摘要：	近几年来，在社会、经济快速发展的带动下，项目进度管理技术也取得了一定的发展，项目进度管理作为项目管理三大核心部分之一也受到了推动发展。尤其是企业的飞速发展促使项目进度管理成为各项目利益相关方最为关注的内容，要求项目在尽可能短的时间内实现效益最大化，特别是工期相对较短的项目，就要求项目进度管理更加实用、高效。这无形中推动了项目进度管理的发展和运用。对于化工装置检修项目，由于受生产压力及市场的影响，对化工装置检修进度管理提出了更高的要求。在最短、最有效的时间内完成化工装置的检修工作，进而实现生产装置安全长周期稳定运行，提高运行设备的使用周期，降低原材料消耗，保证产成品的质量，进而获取更大的经济效益。本文通过介绍现代项目进度管理的相关理论，阐述现代项目进度管理的内容、原则和方法，结合化工装置检修项目进度管理的影响因素，通过对基于活动的项目进度管理思想与方法的研究与应用，将项目进度管理方法关键路径法和关键链法以及PROJECT软件应用到论文的研究和实践中，实现项目进度的计划和管理。为分厂氯乙烯装置检修项目进度管理提供合理依据和有效的管理，同时也为公司其他化工装置或其他化工企业检修项目进度管理提供参考意见。 关键词：氯乙烯装置 项目进度管理 进度计划 关键路径 关键链法
英文摘要：	In recent years, with the rapid development of society and economy, project schedule management technology has made certain progress. Project schedule management, as one of the three core parts of project management, has also been promoted.Especially the rapid development of enterprises to promote the progress of the project management has become the most concern for all project stakeholders, the project requirements to achieve maximum efficiency in the shortest possible time, Especially the relatively short duration of the project, project management requires more practical and efficient.Which promoted the development and application of project progress management. For chemical equipment maintenance project, due to the influence of production and market pressure, put forward higher requirements on chemical equipment maintenance schedule management. In short, to complete the repair work of the chemical equipment the most effective time, so as to realize the stable operation of production equipment safety and long cycle, improve equipment operating efficiency, reduce the energy consumption of materials. Then, to ensure product quality, to obtain greater economic benefits. This thesis introduces the related theory of modern project management, elaborated the modern project management content, principles and methods, combined with the influence factors of chemical engineering equipment maintenance project management, through the activities of the project schedule management based on the idea of The research and application of the method, the progress of the project management method of critical path method and critical chain method and PROJECT software are applied to the study and practice of this thesis, implementation plan and project schedule management.
