| 中文摘要: | 随着互联网的高速发展,互联网已融入社会的每一个角落人们生活中的方面方面,一个虚拟的网络世界与现实世界共存,而搜索引擎便是这个虚拟世界最主要的入口,掌控着海量的信息资源。这样的情况让图书情报工作者面临巨大的挑战,也引发了图情教育的改革。同时搜索引擎企业近年接连爆发了一系列信息伦理失范事件,诸如百度文库事件、谷歌涉嫌在美国大选时帮助希拉里屏蔽不良信息、魏则西事件。信息伦理事件中激烈的矛盾冲突让滞后的法律和伦理无可奈何。相关的研究从信息伦理和图情角度出发的较少,而且不够系统,与案例的结合不足。本文着重从近年发生的案例中探析信息伦理失范的现象。先是参考了伦理学、信息伦理学、搜索引擎信息伦理等相关理论的文献,运用扎根理论、内容分析法、经典伦理学理论工具、案例分析法和比较分析法进行研究。先是对信息伦理问题基本内容进行分析概括出了以PAPA理论为基础的四个伦理问题维度,将此理论框架运用到搜索引擎企业伦理失范问题的寻找和归纳当中,通过结合近年或之前引起巨大社会反响的实际失范案例,总结搜索引擎企业在四个维度上的具体伦理问题表现。然后通过使用利益相关者理论以及功利主义思想为分析工具,分别对这些案例进行分析,归纳出搜索引擎企业信息伦理失范的影响因素。最后对搜索引擎企业信息伦理失范问题进行总结分析,构建搜索引擎企业与各利益相关者在信息伦理失范问题中的互动模型。依据搜索引擎企业信息伦理问题的模型,从法律、监管、技术、伦理方面提出了对搜索引擎企业信息伦理失范问题的治理方案。本文的研究贡献有这些:第一,通过对信息伦理问题的文献进行内容分析,归纳出了以PAPA理论为框架的适用于搜索引擎企业信息伦理问题的维度。第二,以维度框架为指导,结合搜索引擎企业发生的具体伦理失范事件,归纳搜索引擎企业在PAPA四个信息伦理问题维度的具体失范表现。第三,运用利益相关者理论和功利主义思想对搜索引擎企业发生的代表性伦理失范案例进行了分析,分析了在具体失范现象下各利益相关者的具体伦理行为及其责任。第四,通过对案例的总结,构建了搜索引擎企业在信息伦理失范问题中主要利益相关者的互动模型。第五,通过搜索引擎企业信息伦理问题的模型,从互联网环境、搜索引擎企业本身、用户、客户、监管机构、版权人等几个角度对搜索引擎信息伦理失范问题的原因进行了分析。第六,根据之前分析的影响因素和原因提出了治理信息伦理失范问题的几个对策,在伦理构建方面,结合研究和其他已有的伦理准则,提出了搜索引擎企业信息伦理的准则。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of the Internet, the Internet has been integrated into every aspect of society in terms of people's lives, a virtual online world and the real world coexist, and search engine is the most important entrance to the virtual world, control the massive information resources . Such situation faces great challenges to Librarians and also leads to the reform of the Latent Education. In the meantime, search engine companies have witnessed a series of information ethical failures in recent years, such as Baidu Library Incident. Google is suspected of helping Clinton to shield bad news during the U.S. presidential election and Wei Zexi incident. The fierce contradictions and conflicts in the information ethics incapacitated laws and ethics lagging behind. Relevant research from the perspective of information ethics and pictorial less, and not systematic, and the combination of the case is not enough. This article focuses on the cases of information in recent years from the analysis of the phenomenon of information ethics anomie. Firstly, it makes reference to the related theories of ethics, information ethics, search engine information ethics and so on. It uses grounded theory, content analysis, classical ethics theory tools, case analysis and comparative analysis. First of all, this paper analyzes the basic content of the information ethics problem and summarizes the four dimensions of ethics based on the PAPA theory. This theory frame is applied to the search and induction of the ethical anomie in the search engine industry. By combining the great social engine in recent years or before, Response to the actual case of failure, summed up the search engine business in four dimensions of the performance of specific ethical issues. Then through the use of stakeholder theory and utilitarianism as the analysis tools, these cases are analyzed respectively to summarize the influencing factors of the anomie of search engine enterprise information. Finally, the paper summarizes and analyzes the anomie of enterprise information ethics in search engine, and constructs an interactive model between search engine enterprises and various stakeholders in the information ethics anomie. According to the model of enterprise information ethics of search engine, this paper puts forward the solution to the ethics of search engine enterprise information from the legal, regulatory, technical and ethical aspects. The contributions of this dissertation are as follows: Firstly, through the content analysis of the literature of information ethics, this paper concludes the dimension of PAPA which is suitable for the enterprise information ethics of search engine. Second, taking the framework of dimension as a guideline, this dissertation summarizes the specific anomie performance of search engine companies in the PAPA four dimensions of information ethics, combining with the specific ethical aomie events occurring in search engine companies. Thirdly, using the theory of stakeholder and the utilitarianism, this paper analyzes the cases of representative ethical anomie that occurred in the search engine enterprises, and analyzes the reasons and the governance countermeasures under the phenomenon of specific anomie. Fourthly, through the summary of the case, this paper constructs the interactive model of the main stakeholders of search engine enterprises in the information ethics anomie problem. Fifthly, through the model of search engine enterprise information ethics problem, this paper analyzes the reasons of the information ethical anomie problem of search engine from the aspects of Internet environment, search engine enterprises, users, customers, regulators and copyright owners. Sixthly, according to the influencing factors and reasons of the previous analysis, several countermeasures are put forward to solve the problem of information ethics anomie. In terms of ethical construction, combining with the research and other existing ethical standards, the criterion of enterprise information ethics of search engine is put forward. | |
