中文摘要:随着中国经济的不断发展,全球化进程不断提升,中国寿险行业的经济环境已经发生了较大变化。追求有效益和有价值的发展是寿险公司的永恒主题,也是寿险公司在激烈竞争环境中谋求生存与发展的唯一途径。面对寿险市场激烈的竞争,其中的突出矛盾则体现在成本与效益的关系上。在其他竞争力量几乎持平的情况下,企业如何设计更优的成本模式,如何在保证个人代理人效率的前提下,更好的控制成本,提高公司收益成为新形势下财务管理的重中之重。 本文以“寿险公司个人代理人成本管理研究”为命题方向和切入点,以成本管理等基础理论作为基础,对A寿险公司的个人代理人成本管理现状及问题进行了探讨。通过对成本管理中存在的问题进行深入分析,对其当前在个人代理人成本管理方面从现状、问题及原因等进行了针对性地研究,在对A公司个人代理人直接佣金模式的类型和应用进行了研究后,得出相关结论:固定化直接佣金模式比非固定化直接佣金模式更有利于A公司稳定、可持续发展,但在成本方面会比非固定化直接佣金模式多出20.1%,因此A公司需要完善相应佣金模式制度的同时,加强个人代理人的培训和成本控制。希望通过本文的研究和发现,能为我国寿险公司的个人代理人成本管理问题的进一步发展起到一定得参考作用。 
英文摘要:With the continuous development of China's economy and the process of globalization, the economic environment of China's life insurance industry has changed greatly. The pursuit of effective and valuable development is the eternal theme of life insurance companies, and also the only way for life insurance companies to seek survival and development in the fierce competition environment. In the face of fierce competition in life insurance market, the prominent contradiction lies in the relationship between cost and benefit. Almost flat in the case of other competitive power, how to design a better cost model, how to guarantee the individual agent efficiency, better control the cost, improve the revenue of the company become the priority among priorities of financial management under the new situation. In this paper, in order to study individual agent cost management of life insurance companies for the direction of the proposition and the starting point, based on cost management theory as the basis, the current situation and problems of individual agent cost management of A life insurance company is discussed. Through an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the cost management, the current in the individual agent cost management from the current situation, problems and reasons of pertinence, were studied in the type and application of the A company directly individual agent commission model, draw relevant conclusions: direct mode non fixed commission direct commission mode is more conducive to the stable and sustainable development of A company, but in terms of cost than non fixed direct commission model is more than 20.1%, so A company needs to improve the corresponding mode of commission system at the same time, strengthen the training of individual agents and cost control. Hope that through the research and discovery of this paper, it can be a reference for the further development of personal agent cost management in China's life insurance company.
