中文摘要: | 在银行业竞争日益激烈的今天,我国商业银行因为面临着优质企业客户资源有限、存贷款利差减小、资本金约束增大等严峻挑战,纷纷将发展重心转向零售业务,个人理财业务逐步成为商业银行零售业务的核心。商业银行开展个人理财业务,一方面有利于满足居民资产保值增值的需求,另一方面还有利于商业银行增加中间业务收入,转变银行的利润增长方式,提高商业银行的竞争力,进而更好地面对外资银行的挑战。然而,与国外银行相比,个人理财业务在我国还属新生事物,尽管各家银行的理财新品不断推出,但产品具有明显的同质性,还远不能满足居民的理财需求。个人理财业务发展中存在许多问题、挑战和机遇。面对这一现实,如何发展我国商业银行的个人理财业务,不断开发设计出真正适应市场需求的个性化产品,为客户提供全方位的优质服务,成为我国商业银行个人理财业务发展亟待解决的问题。 本文首先运用文献研究法系统地综述了相关文献,回顾了金融衍生产品、产品开发与产品组合等相关理论,为后文的研究做好理论基础。本文分析了国内外商业银行个人理财产品开发的现状,从个人理财的发展阶段、核心产品、差异化、产品组合、理财水平及品牌等方面对二者进行了比较,对国内商业银行个人理财产品开发存在的问题进行了剖析,发现了现有理财产品的一些局限性,归纳出国外商业银行个人理财产品开发可供借鉴的经验。 本文通过分析国内商业银行个人理财产品的市场现状,根据我国的实际情况及客户群体的特点,进行市场细分、目标市场选择及市场定位,从而得出适合我国商业银行个人理财产品开发的策略组合,其中产品设计策略、定价策略及品牌策略作为重点研究对象,以期为我国商业银行个人理财产品的开发提供实践操作的思路与方法。 | |
英文摘要: | With increasingly fierce competition today, Chinese commercial banks are facing many challenges such as limited number of corporate clients with outstanding financial and credit condition, shrinking loan profit margins, increasing investment capital regulations. Many of them have been shifting their core business towards retail sector. Personal financial Service (PFS) has become the most important part of retail business for many commercial banks. Under the current social system, there are many challenges for the development and growth of personal financial services within Chinese commercial banks due to sub-business operation and administration in Chinese financial industry, immature financial market, insufficient system regulations, and increasing competition from emerging foreign banks after protection period of joining the World Trade Organization (WTO). In the meantime PFS does provide Chinese commercial banks with great opportunities and bright future. The paper firstly introduced the research background for developing personal financial business of commercial banks in China, defines the concept of personal financial business of commercial banks, analyses the present research situation and value of developing personal financial business, and illustrates the necessity and theoretical basis of developing personal financial services of China's commercial banks. Secondly, the paper reviews the related theories, including Financial Innovation, Product Development and Product Mix. Thirdly, through a comparative analysis, we learn advanced experience of personal financial business from foreign commercial banks. Finally, the paper pointed out the countermeasures of Chinese commercial banks. | |
