| 中文摘要: | 自2013年开始,为了应对成本压力,全球各大汽车公司纷纷推出平台来集成各种车型,形成平台项目。这些举措使得批量化定制的要求越来越高,这样的高要求导致汽车行业的供应商,不得不纷纷各展所长、竭尽全力提高自身的能力来应对这些全球项目对高质量、高效率、以及稳定生产能力的要求. 随着各大汽车整车厂(OEM)的项目平台化、汽车行业的LTA(long term agreement)的严苛化、以及国内劳动力成本的不断提高。从2014年到2017年,W公司的业务以每年20~30%的比例增长,而根据预测,W公司的业务在2019年更增加50%,到新的增长高度。在这样的高速发展的时期,且外部成本压力增加的环境下,如何在保证质量的前提下,提高产能、降低劳动力成本成为公司工作的重点,所以生产线变革,势在必行。本课题即是针对这样一个大时代背景所开展的研究。 本文在阐明研究背景、意义,并对相关理论进行回顾的基础上,针对W公司的发展历史和经营现状,揭示了其生产线的特色和有待解决的问题。针对问题, 首选从自动化、设备升级和精益化等方面提出了其生产线结构调整和工艺变革的方案,进而从原材料、工艺流程和产成品等方面,提出了W公司生产线质量功能改进的一系列策略,最后审时度势,还对该公司基于工业4.0的生产线智能化变革进行了更具前瞻性的探讨。 期待本研究的成果,对相关企业和行业,特别是汽车行业和企业能有一些实际应用参考价值。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Reacting to the high pressure from cost reduction activities since the year of 2013, most Automobile manufacturers start to strategically promote the global platform to integrate various vehicle models. Consequently, the bar for suppliers who provide customized high volume match production is raised significantly. The increasing requirement of production promote the supplier in automobile industry to improve their capability to provide products with consistent outstanding quality and high efficiency. Along with the Global Platform strategy, for more strict LTA(Long Term Agreement) required by OEM(Original equipment manufacturer) nowadays and the growing Labor cost is increased significantly and rapidly, From 2014 to 2017, W Company’s business grew at an annual rate of 20~30%, On the basis of prediction , W Company’s business may grew by 50% in 2019 to new growth in height, in such a period of rapid development and under the pressure of increasing external cost, it becomes the key focus task for W company to solve the problem of how to increase the production capability and reduce the labor cost, meanwhile keep high quality. As a result, the reform of production line in W company is a project which we have to implement. The research of this thesis is aimed at and under such a big industrial background of the times. This thesis on the basis of clarifying the research background, significance, and reviewing the relevant theories, points out the development history and operation status of W company and reveals the characteristics and problems to be solved about the production line. In response to explore issues, initially, put forward the production structure adjustment and technology innovation plan for automation, equipment upgrading and lean, and then come up with a series of strategies for improving the quality function of W company production line from raw materials, production processes and finished products, in the end, observing the situation, has made a more prospective approach based on the production line intelligent industrial 4.0 transformation. The results of this thesis are expected to have some practical reference value for the related enterprises and industries, especially the automobile industry and enterprises. | |
