中文摘要：	随着高等教育入学人数的增加，高校每年毕业生人数也急剧上升，高校毕业生求职难的问题已成为全社会关注的焦点，也成为专家学者关注的重点。本文旨在对高校毕业生的求职信息搜寻行为进行研究，首先通过分析高校毕业生求职的现实背景和政策背景，指出就业难这一客观存在的现状，其次通过对信息搜寻行为的实证分析，讨论了信息搜寻的途径和影响因素，最后从高校毕业生、招聘网站和高校三个角度对求职信息搜寻提出了对策和建议，加强对虚假招聘信息鉴别的重视，为高校毕业生营造安全的求职环境。 本文由六个章节组成，具体章节内容安排如下： 第一章，绪论。本章首先对现实背景和政策背景进行了分析，在此基础上指出论文的研究目的与意义，最后分析了研究方法和创新点，并提出拟解决的关键问题。 第二章，相关概念与研究回顾。主要从职业定义和特征、职业分类、职业选择三个方面进行相关概念的阐述，然后从国内国外两个方面进行文献回顾。 第三章，高校毕业生求职信息需求与搜寻行为实证分析。本章首先通过文本分析法对高校毕业生求职信息需求进行研究，总结出信息需求的五大方向，之后在此基础上，设计了高校毕业生求职信息搜寻行为调查问卷，从求职搜寻信息鉴别、搜寻途径、影响因素等方面进行多角度分析。 第四章，高校毕业生求职信息需求与搜寻行为研究发现。首先从时效性、广泛性、便捷性、真实性四个方面论述了求职信息需求的特点，从宏观和微观两个角度分析了求职信息需求的内容，然后分析了求职信息搜寻行为的途径和影响因素。 第五章，高校毕业生求职信息搜寻行为的对策和建议。针对当前求职信息搜寻的情况，分别从高校毕业生、招聘网站、高校三个方面对求职信息搜寻行为提出了对策和建议。 第六章，研究结论与展望。本章主要探讨了论文的研究结论和局限，并对论文的未来研究方向提出了展望。
英文摘要：	With the increase of the higher education enrollment, the annual number of graduates in colleges and universities also rose sharply, college graduates to apply for a job difficult problem has become a focus of attention of the whole society is the focus of experts and scholars attention. The purpose of this paper is to study of college graduates employment information search behavior, first of all, through the analysis of the realistic background of high school graduates to apply for a job and policy background, points out that the objective existence of the employment situation, followed by an empirical analysis of the information search behavior, discusses the way and the influence factors of information search, finally from the college graduates, the recruitment website and the Angle of three colleges and universities information search and put forward the countermeasure and suggestion to apply for a job, strengthen the recognition of false employment information to identify, to create a safe job environment for college graduates. This article consists of six chapters. The specific chapters are as follows: Chapter 1, introduction. This chapter firstly analyses the realistic background and policy background, on the basis of this is pointed out that the research purpose and meaning of thesis, finally analyzed the research methods and innovations, and plans to solve the key problems are put forward. Chapter 2, related concepts and research review. This paper mainly discusses the related concepts from the three aspects of career definition and characteristics, career classification and career choice, and then reviews the literature from two aspects of domestic and foreign countries. Chapter 3, the university graduates seeking job information needs and search behavior empirical analysis. This chapter firstly studies the job seeking information needs of college graduates by text analytic method and summarizes the five major directions of information demand. After that, it designs the survey questionnaire of seeking job information of college graduates from the job search information identification and searching ways, Influencing factors and other aspects of multi-angle analysis. Chapter 4, college graduates seeking job information needs and search behavior research found. First of all, the characteristics of job information demand are discussed from timeliness, breadth, convenience and authenticity. The content of job information demand is analyzed from the macroscopical and microcosmic perspectives. Then the ways and effects of job search information seeking behavior are analyzed factor. Chapter 5, the countermeasures and Suggestions for the search behavior of college graduates. In view of the search situation of job-seeking information, the author puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions on the search behavior of job-hunting information from college graduates, recruitment websites and colleges. Chapter 6, research conclusions and prospects. This chapter mainly discusses the conclusions and limitations of the paper, and puts forward the prospect of future research.
