| 中文摘要: | 作为全球化电梯公司OTIS公司面临着全球化市场竞争的压力,近年来随着国内房地产市场的风云变化、各竞争品牌电梯企业的市场竞争,OTIS公司谋求企业自身革新势在必行。各部门应如何调整才能助力企业革新?本文通过OTIS公司新梯销售合同商务评审流程的改进研究对企业流程改进进行探讨。 本文首先回顾流程管理理论和精益理论及工具,以此为基础,着重结合流程投入、产出、任务、流、存储五个要素通过三步走对OTIS公司新梯销售合同商务评审流程现状和问题的调研,最终找出新梯销售合同商务评审流程改进的策略。第一步,从现象出发,结合OTIS公司ACE工具对新梯销售合同商务评审流程进行现状分析和问题调研,利用调研数据将目前流程中出现的问题找出,并确定改进目标;第二步,寻其根源找出对策,以新梯销售合同商务评审流程五要素为切入点深入剖析流程问题的根源,并运用ACE业务流程九大精益准则的思维方式,分别从流程五要素各方面列举具体改进策略;第三步,持续保障,对改进策略实施保障进行分析,并对未来工作中改进评价工具加以整合介绍。 本文不仅对OTIS公司当前的新梯销售合同商务评审流程改进提出了切实可行的策略,同时在研究过程中将来源于不同渠道的调研数据进行整合,于部门和企业而言资源整合的意义更加深远。另一方面,本文将流程五要素理论与OTIS公司ACE理论及工具相结合在流程改进的研究思路和方法方面对其他运营及业务流程的研究也具有参考价值。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As a global company, OTIS elevator company is faced with global market competition pressure, in recent years, along with the changes of the domestic real estate market, the competition brand elevator enterprise competition in the market, OTIS companies seek their own innovation is imperative. How should all departments adjust to help enterprises innovate? This thesis discusses the improvement of enterprise process through the improvement of the business review process of the new ladder sales contract of OTIS Company. This thesis reviews the theory of process management and lean theory and tools, and on this basis, on the input and output of the process, task, flow, storage, five elements through three steps of OTIS company new ladder business sales contract review process investigation, the present situation and the problems of finally find new ladder business sales contract review process improvement strategy. As first step, starting from the phenomenon, combined with the ACE tool OTIS company for new ladder business sales contract review process to analyze the status quo and problems of research, using the survey data to the problems appeared in the process to find out, and determine improvement objectives; The second step is to find the root cause find out countermeasures to new ladder business sales contract review process of the process problems with the five elements of process, and using the ACE business process rule of nine precise way of thinking, respectively from the aspects of the five elements of process cite specific improvement strategy; The third step is to guarantee the implementation of the improvement strategy and integrate the evaluation tools into the future work.
