中文摘要: 润滑油市场,是中国石油化工行业中最早对外开放的市场,也是高竞争的产品市场。参与润滑油产品竞争的企业,有包括中石油、中石化在内的大型国有企业,也有以壳牌、美孚、嘉实多为代表的世界知名公司。进入21世纪的第一个十年,随着我国经济的快速发展、工业化进程的不断加快以及汽车保有量的持续增长,我国已经成为全球最大的润滑油消费国和生产国,润滑油市场经历了一个高速发展的时期。但随着中国经济增长速度放缓,“十二五”期间润滑油消费量出现饱和,尤其是2015年出现了较大的下滑。新的环保要求、更加专业性的客户正在改变润滑油需求的格局,市场环境发生重大变化,从事润滑油生产的公司受到多种新的挑战。 本文首先对供应链和牛鞭效应的相关理论进行了回顾,包括供应链、供应链管理、牛鞭效应等概念的定义和发展过程。随后,对K润滑油公司及其所处的市场环境进行了分析,指出润滑油行业将遇到的机遇和挑战。针对该公司特有的情况,进行了竞争优势分析,以理解的竞争战略的变化。分别对内部、外部供应链的基本情况进行分析,指出K润滑油公司在进行供应链优化前遇到的问题,探讨其进行供应链优化的思路。接着阐述了K公司针对供应链优化的具体措施,包括组织结构方面、绩效考核方面、流程管理方面和系统整合方面。新的供应链策略对牛鞭效应具有弱化的作用,也为公司提供了可见的绩效改观。 供应链管理和优化程度在企业中,尤其是竞争激烈的制造型企业中有着至关重要的作用。本文希望通过K润滑油在行业环境变化、竞争战略改变的环境下进行供应链优化的活动经验,对同处于变革中的广大传统制造型企业的供应链管理提供一定的参考和借鉴。  
英文摘要: The lubricants market, which was the first opened market in China's petrochemical industry, is a highly competitive market. Lots of companies take part in the lubricants competition, such as the state-owned enterprises include PetroChina and Sinopec, as well as the world famous companies represented by Shell, Mobil and Castrol. In the first decade of the 21st century, with the ever increasing development of economy in China, raising level of industrialization, and also the growing demand of cars, the lubricants market in China, which has become the largest lubricants market in the world, experienced a rapid development period. When the economic growth slowed down in China, the increasing rate of lubricants consumed during the 12th five-year plan period has slowed down, especially in 2015. New regulations of environment and clients of professional skill are changing the demand pattern of lubricants. The market environment changed significantly, and the companies engaged in the lubricants production were facing with new challenges. This thesis reviews the relevant theories such as supply chain and bullwhip effect at first, including the definition and the development of supply chain, supply chain management and bullwhip effect. Subsequently, an analysis of K lubricants company and its market environment is carried out, which point out the opportunities and challenges that the lubricant industry will encounter. The competitive advantage analysis based on the situation of this company is carried out in order to understanding the transformation of competitive strategy. This thesis investigated the internal and external supply chain of K lubricant company and pointed out the problems that the company when the supply chain optimizing. then researched the tactics of supply chain optimization. After analysis above, the thesis expound the solutions of supply chain optimization in K lubricants company, include organizational structure, performance appraisal, process management and system integration. The new strategy of supply chain could weaken the bullwhip effect in supply chain, and it also helps the company achieved a visible performance. “The competition in the future is not going to be between individual organizations, but between the supply chains they are part of.” Supply chain management and its optimization levels, played a vital role in the enterprise, especially the enterprises take part in the fierce competition. This thesis hopes that with the case of K lubricants company, which succeeded in the supply chain improvement when environment changing and competitive strategy adjusting, provide certain reference and useful experience to the traditional manufacturing companies when they need to raise their level of supply chain management.
