中文摘要：	造纸是我国传统的加工制造产业，也是重要的民生行业。它既是一个高度依赖能源的行业，也是一个竞争比较充分和激烈的产业。 欧美国家工业革命后在造纸技术和造纸机械上取得了突出进步，先进的造纸技术和造纸设备长期处于垄断地位。 我们国家的造纸行业仍然是产能比拼和低价竞争的模式，很多高性能的造纸设备主要依赖进口， 先进技术也主要以合作换技术的方式间接获得，在供应链的管理上也存在较大差距， 在国际林浆纸一体化的背景和趋势下，很容易受到发展的制约。 随着世界经济形势日趋复杂，行业间的竞争也越来越激烈，企业间的竞争已经不能单单比较一个方面，如价格的优势，而变成供应链综合效益的比较。企业可以通过选择适合自发展的供应链模式不断完善，并且要在可持续方面来提高自己的核心竞争力， 使自己能在激烈的竞争中处于领先。SE公司是造纸业界知名的食品包装纸制造企业，市场上每三个液态奶包，其中一个来自于SE公司的贡献。 SE公司建造了纵向一体化的供应链模式，涵盖了从桉木育苗、种植、 采伐、制浆、制纸、分切与包装、仓储物流、销售的整个产业链。 并在一体化供应链的基础上打造可持续供应链体系，SE公司的可持续一体化供应链的运用在造纸行业内非常具有可借鉴性。 本文围绕供应链管理为议题，以SE公司的可持续一体化供应链管理为研究对象，分析研究造纸行业中可持续一体化供应链的应用。本文通过对研究对象的发展进程、可持续一体化供应链的当前情况、及其发展环境的分析，得出其供应链模式采用和实施的原因；并分析其当前管理中存在的问题，提出优化方案：战略、组织职能与流程相关的几个方面。最后总结概括出效仿和实施如SE公司可持续一体化供应链这种模式的保障条件。
英文摘要：	Paper-making is our country’s traditional industry and the important people's livelihood industry as well. It is not only an industry heavily relying on energy but also an industry that with sufficient and intense competition. The progress of west countries on paper-making technics and machinery is prominent after the industrial revolution, the advanced paper-making technics and machinery is long term under their monopoly. While our country’s paper-making is still the competition of capacity and price, many high-performance papermaking equipment mainly rely on importing, advanced technology is mainly indirectly acquired via cooperation, also there is a big gap in the supply chain management, under the international background and integration trend of forest-pulp-paper production and marketing, it is easily restricted on development. As the increasingly complex situation of global economy, industry competition is becoming more and more intense, the competition between enterprises is not one sole aspect any more, such as the price advantage, but also more and more on comprehensive benefit of supply chain. The enterprises can choose and continue improving proper supply chain model to develop, and increase its core competition on basis of sustainability, thus to make itself a leading position in the intense competition. SE company is a well-known company in the industry of food-contact packaging, one is from the SE company among every three liquid milk packs in the market. SE company built the vertical integration mode of supply chain, ranging from eucalyptus cultivation, plantation, harvest, pulp-making, paper-making, sheeting and packaging, warehousing logistics, and marketing that cover the whole industrial chain. And the sustainable supply chain system is built based on integrated supply chain, and the application of SE company's sustainable integrated supply chain is very useful in the industry. This paper focuses on supply chain management, and analyzes the application of sustainable integrated supply chain in papermaking industry by analyzing the sustainable integrated supply chain management of SE company. This paper is to analyses SE company the reason applying this supply chain model via the analysis of its development history, current situations and its development environment, also put forward the optimizations on improving on these aspects: strategy, organization function and procedure related. And, finally summaries the guarantee conditions if apply the model like SE sustainable integrated supply chain.
