中文摘要:中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,为我国经济高速发展贡献良多,但中小企业的生存环境和发展状况并不乐观。在实力强劲的大型国有企业和跨国公司夹缝中寻求生存和发展的中小企业,尤其是竞争激烈的采矿装备企业,如何更好地适应新形势,如何把企业做大、做强,是包括H公司在内的中小型民营企业必须思考的问题,这也是本文研究的着眼点所在。本文首先对H公司面临的宏观环境、行业环境和市场环境等外部环境及内部环境进行分析,力求“知己知彼”。其次,阐述企业自身的优劣势及面临的机会与威胁,明确H公司的战略定位:致力于采矿装备行业自动化控制领域,实施“专、精、尖”的集中化战略,其内容包括产业集中化、产品和服务集中化、区域集中化及客户集中化。再次,从产品研发、市场营销及生产等角度阐明集中化战略的实施策略。最后,阐述实施集中化战略的保障措施,主要包括组织措施、人力资源措施及风险防控措施。着眼于中小民营企业的战略定位与战略实施,是本文的一大创新点,对于极其缺乏研究和参考资料的采矿装备行业,这点尤其弥足珍贵。作者希望通过进一步的理论研究,结合企业经营管理实践,拓宽研究思路,更好地为我国中小企业的发展建言献策。 
英文摘要:Small and medium-sized enterprises are important part of national economy, which contribute a lot to China's rapid economic development. However, the survival and development environment of SMEs is not optimistic. Small and medium-sized private enterprises, especially the mining equipment enterprises like H company, are in the crack of powerful state-owned enterprises and multinational corporations, which have to consider how to adapt to the new situation better, and how to make themselves big and strong. It is also the focus of this paper. Firstly, this paper analyzes the macro environment, industry environment and market environment of H company, and strives to “know yourself as well as the enemy”. Secondly, it expounds the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of H company. On this basis, the paper clears that the strategic positioning of H company is dedicating to the automation control field in mining equipment industry and implementing the focus strategy, whose content is centralization of industry, products and services, region and customer. Thirdly, it elaborates the implementation tactics, including product R&D, marketing and product manufacturing. Finally, the paper expounds the safeguard measures, which mainly include organizing measures, human resource measures and risk prevention and control measures. The most important innovation is that this paper focuses on strategic positioning and strategic implementation of small and medium-sized private enterprises. It is especially valuable for the mining equipment industry, which is extremely short of research and reference. Through further theoretical research, combining with the enterprise management practice, the author hopes to broaden the research approach and offer advice and suggestions for the development of SMEs preferably in China.
