中文摘要：	本论文研究基于知识管理的学习型项目组织的构建，为项目组织创新提供了一种新的构建方法。对全面提高组织成员的学习能力，提高项目的完成效率具有重要的战略意义；此外本研究还对实施人才强国战略，对促进企业管理创新及从根本上提高我国企业的核心竞争力具有重要的意义。 本论文主要采用定性分析的方法，将知识管理的思想融入到学习型项目组织的构建过程当中。首先，本文梳理了知识管理的基本理论，对国内外学习型项目组织的研究现状进行综述，为下一步的分析与研究奠定了坚实的理论基础。其次，本论文从分析学习型项目组织的独特性出发，论述了学习型项目组织的知识运作体系和知识载体的构建；然后又从文化战略、组织结构和资源配置等几个方面讨论了学习型项目组织的构建策略；并针对不同的组织类型，提出不同的构建步骤；对构建学习型项目组织过程中可能遇到的风险做了简要分析。
英文摘要：	The thesis mainly used the qualitative analysis method to combine the Knowledge Management with the project organization. First, it reviewed the Knowledge Management theory, and summarized the domestic and foreign research situation, established the solid rationale for the next step of analysis and research. Next, the thesis embarked from the distinctive quality of the learning project organization, elaborated the building of the knowledge operation system and knowledge carriers of the learning project organization; and then discussed the learning project organization’s essential factors, such as the cultural strategy, the organizational structure and the resources disposition, and so on. According to the different organizations, proposed different building method; and it made the brief analysis on the risk in the process of the learning project organization’s building.
