中文摘要:高校图书馆同伴教育服务伴随高等院校同伴教育的发展孕育而生,利用学生用户群体因为年龄相仿、知识背景、兴趣爱好相近而容易相互影响、具有自我教育能力的优势,将同伴教育理念引入图书馆服务领域。高校图书馆利用同伴导师开展同伴教育服务,能够降低学生的图书馆焦虑,拓宽图书馆服务宣传渠道,提高学生的信息素养技能和专业学习能力,促进图书馆服务的创新。本研究通过案例研究、网站调查和问卷调查的方式,得出高校图书馆同伴教育服务模式主要有四种:利用同伴导师为学生用户提供咨询的同伴咨询模式、同伴导师参与到新生入馆教育和信息素养教学的同伴培训模式、同伴导师和馆员一起推广和宣传图书馆资源以及服务的同伴宣传模式和嵌入到学生专业知识学习的同伴学习模式。在目前国内高校图书馆同伴教育处于初级发展阶段的背景下,从馆员、同伴导师和学生三个角度分析了其可行性,并提出同伴教育服务模式体系的构建可以分三个阶段实现,最后从思想上、同伴导师的招聘和培训、人力及资金的支持、加强与其他同伴导师项目的合作以及评估机制的建立、充分发挥同伴导师在新媒体环境下的优势等方面保障同伴教育服务模式体系的构建。本研究的创新之处主要体现在以下几个方面: 第一,本研究在文献研究的基础上,结合网站调查和案例研究的方法,发现目前国外高校图书馆的同伴教育服务模式主要有四种:同伴咨询模式、同伴培训模式、同伴宣传模式和同伴学习模式。这四种模式相辅相成,各高校图书馆在开展同伴教育时可根据其不同发展时期和目的选择适合本馆的服务模式。 第二,本研究结合对文献研究、网站调查和问卷调查的结果,对国内高校图书馆的现状进行分析,提出国内高校图书馆同伴教育服务处于初级发展阶段。国内高校图书馆的同伴教育目前主要围绕图书馆资源宣传推广、阅读推广、新生入馆教育、基础问题咨询以及讲座培训等基础服务领域,且大部分高校还没有意识到同伴教育对高校图书馆为学生用户群体开展服务的重要性。 第三,本研究在对国内高校图书馆同伴教育现状的分析基础上,借鉴国外高校图书馆同伴教育服务的经验,结合四种同伴教育服务模式的特点,提出国内高校图书馆开展同伴教育服务可以分为三个阶段:初级阶段开展同伴宣传模式、同伴咨询模式中的简单咨询以及同伴培训模式的新生入馆教育;中级阶段开展同伴咨询模式的专业咨询和同伴培训模式的信息检索教学;高级阶段开展同伴学习服务模式。 共计图11幅,表9个,参考文献122篇。  
英文摘要:Peer education service of academic libraries has arisen with the development of that of universities. Academic libraries lead peer education theory into their service areas based on the advantage of similar age, background knowledge and interests, easy interaction and self-educational ability of student user groups. To carry out peer education service using peer mentors in academic libraries, the library can reduce students' anxiety, broaden the channels for publicity of library services, improve students' information literacy skills and professional learning ability and promote the innovation of Library service. This research finds out that there are four kinds of service modes of peer education of academic library including peer consulting mode using peer mentors providing consultation for peers, peer mentors to participate in the peer tutoring mode, peer mentors promoting the resources and services of academic libraries under the peer promoting mode and peer learning mode of embedding into peers’ professional learning. The peer education service of domestic academic libraries is still in the preliminary stage of development. The research analyses its feasibility from three angles of librarians, peer tutors and students. At last it puts forward that to guarantee the service mode of peer education of domestic academic libraries, attention to the importance of peer education, the recruitment and train of peer mentors, manpower and financial support, strengthen to the cooperation with the other peer mentor projects should be considered. The innovation of this research is mainly embodied in the following aspects: First,based on literature research and combined with the method of case study and questionnaire survey, this study finds that the current service mode of peer education of academic libraries at home and abroad mainly has four kinds: peer consulting mode, peer tutoring mode, peer promoting mode and peer learning mode. These four patterns complement each other, and the academic library can choose the suitable service mode according to its different development period and purpose. Second, this study analyzes the current situation of domestic academic library based on the results of literature research and questionnaire survey and peer education service in the domestic academic library is in the initial stage of development. Peer education of academic library at home mainly focus on infrastructure based services such as the promotion of library resources, reading promotion, freshmen orientation, basic consulting and so on. Most academic libraries have not realized the importance of peer education. Third, based on the analysis of the present situation of domestic academic libraries , drawn on the experience of foreign academic libraries and combined with the characteristics of four kinds of peer education service mode, this study puts forward that to carry out peer education service, the domestic academic libraries can take three steps: initial stage to carry out peer promoting mode, basic consultation of peer consulting mode and freshmen orientation of peer tutoring mode; the middle stage to carry out professional consultation of peer consulting mode and Information literacy instruction of peer tutoring mode; later stage of peer learning mode.
