中文摘要:近几年来,随着我国工业化经济的发展,及城市化建设的快速发展,环境污染越来越严重。2009年美国大使馆对PM2.5数据的日常播报,引起了民众对雾霾的重视,尤其是自2013年起雾霾在全国大范围爆发,造成中小学停课,航班停飞,高速公路封闭,公交线路暂停营运。空气污染的持续及消费者健康意识的提升,给空气净化产品的发展带来了契机,相比欧美和日韩国家的高市场普及率,中国市场的规模大、潜力高,许多商家抓住这一机会纷纷推出自己的空气净化产品,市场进入无序发展的群雄混战状态,仅空气净化器厂家就超过500家。空气净化器虽然能去除PM2.5颗粒物,但不能满足正常的通风换气需求,空气不流通造成室内废气累积,空气不清新,而开窗换气又会让室内热量流失。加上房地产市场的爆发,及装修造成室内污染原因,高端住宅、别墅开始安装新风净化机,一些高端的写字楼或公司开始对办公大楼进行新风净化系统的改造,新风净化市场呈现爆发式增长。 本文首先对发展战略研究的相关理论进行了综述,然后利用PEST工具法分析了我国空气净化行业的发展状况,能够看到国家对大气污染治理的决心,居民收入水平的提高,技术的成熟及国家新标准的发布实施,都推动着空气净化产品行业快速发展。作为吉利集团战略投资的子公司,LF公司在空气净化行业的发展不尽人意,本文通过使用波特五力模型分析法、SWOT分析法等一系列科学研究方法,对LF公司所处的竞争环境、公司的优势劣势机会威胁等情况有了一个清醒的认识。在此基础上,研究LF公司的战略发展体系,在产品研发上采用差异化的产品战略,在市场上采用的是多渠道发展战略,布局空气净化器,发力新风净化机。为了发展战略的实施与落地, LF公司通过组织结构优化、信息化及流程优化、加强企业文化建设等措施进行保驾护航,使得公司的业绩在2017年有了大幅度提高。 本文将LF公司作为研究对象,对其在空气净化产品行业的发展战略进行深入的分析与研究,其研究成果,将对我国其他空气净化器或新风净化机企业提供参考和实践指导。 
英文摘要:These years, with the development of China’s industrialized economy and urbanization construction, environmental pollution has become worse and worse. U.S. Embassy’s daily report of PM2.5 in 2009 got the public’s attention on haze issue, especially the widespread outbreak of haze all over the Country from 2013, which caused schools suspension, flights cancel, expressway closure, and traffic paralysis. The persistence of environment pollution and improvement of health consciousness bring great opportunity for air purification products industry, China has big market size and potential compared to the high market penetration of Occident, Japan and South Korea. Many merchants launch air purification products, and the market is free-for-all and out-of-order, just the amount of air purifiers manufactures has raised to 500. Air purifiers can wipe off PM2.5, but it cannot meet the requirement of ventilation and air exchange; poor ventilation causes exhaust gas accumulation while opening windows may cause heat loss. What is more, due to the outbreak of real estate and decoration air pollution, high-end residence and villas tart to install fresh air purifiers, Some high-end office buildings or companies have started to upgrade the fresh air purification system for office buildings, and the new wind purification market has exploded; so, fresh air purification industry emerges explosive growth tendency. This thesis summarizes the relevant theories of development strategy researches, then analyzes the development status of China's air purification industry by PEST tool method. The determination of air pollution control by the state, the improvement of residents' income level, the maturity of technology and the implementation of the new national standards have all promoted the rapid development of air purification products industry. As the subsidiary of geely group strategic investment, LF company’s development in the air purification industry is not satisfactory. Through Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis and other scientific research methods, this paper clearly expounds the competitive environment, the threat, and the advantages and disadvantages of LF. On this basis, we study the strategic development system of LF, adopt a differentiated product strategy in product research and development, and use multi-channel development strategy in the market, distributing air purifiers and fresh air purifying machine. To the implementation of the strategy of developing and landing, through organizational structure optimization, informationization and process optimization, and strengthening of enterprise culture construction, the company's performance has been greatly improved in 2017. This thesis put LF the company as the research object, making In-depth analysis and research on its development strategy in the air purification products industry, and the research results will provide reference and practical guidance for other air purifiers or new air purifier enterprises in China.
