中文摘要：	摘要 财商，与智商、情商被认为是现代社会人们必备的三大基本能力。相对于发达国家，我国国民的财商素质能力，缺失较为严重。随着中国经济与社会的发展，对于人们财商素质能力的要求却必然与日俱增。但是财商教育，特别是面对青少年的财商教育却在青少年整个成长的教育环节中都非常匮乏。家长不重视，学校没有相关资源，社会教育同样稀缺且不系统也不专业。幸福青少年财商教育有限公司的团队因此认知“青少年财商教育”有着很大的“商业市场与价值”，创立公司，进行创业。公司的主要业务内容是针对青少年提供专业与系统的财商教育培训。但由于是新市场、新产品、新团队，初定的商业模式并不清晰，基于此，本文针对该公司的各方面情况进行研究，重新设计并进一步完善了原有的商业模式。 本文首先从公司选定的初创市场及细分客户的调查研究开始，进而对该公司的创业机会进行了系统的分析，深刻系统的了解了公司。然后，通过文献查阅结合以前的研究成果以及相关行业的成熟商业模式，通过对商业模式的构成元素逐一分析与研究，提出了新的设计与模式，并做了细化，实现商业模式的更加清晰。 最后，在重构商业模式后，本文又结合“精益创业”的思想，对于商业模式的实施以及风险控制进行了进一步的研究分析，以实现重构商业模式的科学性、可行性与实操性。本文的研究侧重于财商教育的具体实施，这是对于当下仅停留在现象与宏观策略分析的青少年财商教育研究是一种深入与推进，有着积极的意义。
英文摘要：	Abstract FQ, and IQ and EQ is considered to be the three basic skills necessary for people in modern society. Compared with developed countries, Chinese people’s FQ ability is seriously missing. With the development of economy and society of China, the financial quality and ability requirements for people are bound to grow with each passing day. But the financial education, especially in the face of the adolescent education, is very scarce. Parents do not attach importance to it, there is no relevant resources in schools, social financial education is neither systematic nor professional. Therefore the team of Happy youth Financial Education Limited realizes the "youth financial education" has a great commercial value and market, started a company and a business. The main content of the company's business is to provide professional financial training and education system for adolescents. But because of the new markets, new products, new team, the initial business model is not clear. Based on this situation, In this paper, the company's various aspects are studied, a new design and model is put forward, and the original business model is further improved. This paper begins with a survey of the selected start-up market and the segmented customers of the company, then analyzes the entrepreneurial opportunity of the company systematically and understands the company more deeply. Then, through literature review, combined with previous research results and mature business models of related industries, through the analysis and research on the elements of business model, a new design and model is proposed, and the details are refined to make the business model clearer. Finally, after the reconstruction of the commercial mode, combined with the thought of "lean startup", a further study of the business model and the implementation of risk control was carried out, in order to achieve the scientific nature, feasibility and operability of the reconstruction of business model. This study focuses on the specific implementation of financial education. This study is an in-depth and promotion for the youth financial education that only stays in phenomenon and macro strategy analysis. It has an important and positive meaning.
