中文摘要:伴随我国社会主义市场经济高速的发展,我国一批有实力、有眼光、有能力的企业逐步进入了集团化的发展过程中,尤其是最近十年在行业内或者跨行业的兼并重组,更是催生了一大批新兴的集团化企业。随着我国集团化企业逐步的规模化、层次化和国际化,以及集团企业权属企业的逐步增加,集团型企业管理已经不单单是单体组织内部的管理问题。对于如何划清母子公司管理范围、如何处理母子公司之间关系、如果在集团范围内调配资源成为集团型企业管理实践中不可回避的问题。人力资源作为企业发展的核心资源和内驱动力,寻求集团企业母子公司之间的有效管控模式,理清母子公司权责范围,解决人力资源在集团层面灵活调配等管控问题自然成为集团管控问题的核心。本论文在理论层面上从集团型企业管理特征出发、通过分析集团企业管控方面的理论以及信息化人力资源方面的实践,对人力资源管控信息化建设的涵义经行相关阐述。在实践方面,本文通过案例研究的方式以KHT集团人力资源管控信息化系统作为案例。结合人力资源管控信息化建设的实践经验,分别对KHT集团人力资源管控现状和管控信息化的必要性、人力资源管控信息化的目标和基本原则及人力资源管控信息系统的详细设计和实施技术保障等方面做了相关研究。通过相关的数据收集和分析和研究认为、人力资源管控问题是我国集团型企业面临的不可回避问题、人力资源管控业务十分复杂并不断变化、信息化技术是人力资源集团管控建设的有效手段。 
英文摘要:Along with the high speed development of socialist market economy in China, a number of enterprises with strength, vision, and ability has gradually entered the collectivization development process, especially in the last ten years in the industry or cross-industry mergers and reorganization, and also has given rise to a large number of emerging groups of enterprises. About how to make a clear distinction between parent-subsidiary management scope, how to deal with parent-subsidiary relationship, if within the scope of the group, allocate resources become an inevitable question in group enterprise management practice. Human resources as the core resources of enterprise development and inner drive, seeking group enterprise effective control mode between parent-subsidiary, clarifying parent-subsidiary scope of responsibilities, to solve human resources at the group level control of the flexible allocation problems naturally become the core of the group control problem. This paper on the theoretical level from the group enterprise management characteristics, through the analysis of group enterprise control aspects of the theory and the practice of the informatization in human resources, to control the meaning of informatization construction of human resources in related in this thesis. In practice, this article through the way of case study to KHT group human resources control information system as an example. Combined with the practice of the informatization construction experience, conduct research on group human resources of KHT control present situation and the necessity of control information, human resources control targets and basic principles of information and information system of manage human resource of the detailed design and implementation of technical support and so on. Think through the related data collection and analysis and research, human resource management is a group enterprise in our country facing inevitable problems, human resource control is complex and ever changing business, information technology is an effective means of group control of human resources construction.
