| 中文摘要: | 磨煤机在煤气化、热电厂等领域都有非常广泛的应用,磨煤机的定期大修是保证磨煤机长周期稳定运行的关键手段,通过平时的运行、以往事故、大修的经验情况推测出磨煤机在不同工况下的磨损概况,再根据情况制定大修计划是设备管理中的重要环节,而对化工厂来说大修项目中最重要的就是检修时间的控制,特别是煤气化装置,此装置为化工厂各分厂提供足量的合成气,高负荷状态下开的时间越长,则成本越低,企业的盈利越高,反之则亏损,而磨煤机的正常运行是煤气化炉高负荷运行的重要条件之一。 本论文以煤气化运行部磨煤机大修项目内容和风险种类为基础,围绕着人身安全风险、质量和成本风险以及进度风险,深入剖析并识别磨煤机大修项目在其自身生命周期内的风险,并提出与之一一对应的风险应对措施,最终目标是减少上述风险的发生概率保证项目的顺利进行。 本论文先对有关风险识别文献和理论进行了回顾,其中包括项目风险管理理论、磨煤机大修项目的定义及研究现状等,使本论文在理论上有了根据;而后对煤气化运行部磨煤机大修项目进行了大概的描述,最后根据磨煤机大修项目风险管理的现状及出现的隐患,阐述了实施项目风险管理的势在必行。作者阅读历史资料、吸取工作经验并且使用问卷调研收集磨煤机大修项目的风险因素作为初选,并用头脑风暴法、访谈法和问卷调查法对煤气化运行部磨煤机大修项目进行识别风险的行为,归纳风险清单;最后根据识别出的磨煤机大修项目的风险因素制定出了合理而又有效的基本应对措施,为今后的项目开展风险管理提供了理论和实践的例证参考,进而对项目进行风险规避,使项目能够尽可能达到预期目标。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Coal mills in coal gasification, thermal power plants and other fields have a very wide range of applications,Periodic overhaul of the coal mill is the key to ensuring stable operation of the mill's long cycle,through the usual operation, past accidents, overhauls of the experience of speculation mill under different conditions of wear and tear,according to the situation and then develop a major overhaul plan is an important part of equipment management,for chemical plants overhaul project is the most important project overhaul time control, in particular, gasification plant,especially coal gasification plant,this device for the chemical plant to provide adequate quantities of syngas factory,the longer time it takes to open under high load conditions,the lower the cost,and the higher profit of the enterprise,or be loss money,the normal operation of pulverizer coal gasifier is one of the important conditions of high load operation. This thesis is based on the content of coal mill overhaul project and the type of risk in coal gasification operation department,around the personal safety risk, quality and cost risk and progress risk.In-depth analysis and identification of mill overhaul project in its own life cycle risk,and put forward corresponding of the risk response measures,and the ultimate goal is to reduce the probability of occurrence of these risks to ensure the smooth progress of the project. This dissertation reviews the relevant literature and theories on risk identification, including the project risk management theory, the definition of coal mill overhaul project and the research status quo,this dissertation has theoretical basis;Then carried out a general description of coal mill overhaul project of coal gasification operation department,Finally, according to the status quo of the risk management of mill overhaul project and the potential risks,it is imperative to carry out project risk management.The authors read historical data, draw on their work experience and used questionnaires to collect the risk factors for the mill overhaul project as a preliminary election,and used brainstorming method, interview method and questionnaire interview method to conduct the risk identification for coal mill overhaul project in coal gasification operation department,summarize the risk list;finally, based on the identified risks of coal mill overhaul project to develop a reasonable and effective basic response measures,it provides a reference for the theory and practice of risk management for future projects,then the project risk aversion,so that the project can achieve the expected goal as much as possible. | |
