中文摘要:近几年来,选择交通工具为飞机出行的游客越来越多,各大航空公司的运营业务增长势头强劲。而各大航空公司为了争夺乘客也是绞尽脑汁。除了机票价格,服务质量之外,航空公司对飞机本身的安全性、可靠性和燃油效率的要求也愈加严格,以获取更大的竞争优势,吸引更多乘客。这种竞争对于飞机本身的设计、制造和质量控制的要求也愈加苛刻。在这种条件下,质量已经成为航空制造企业获取竞争优势,提升公司管理水平的重要因素。 本文阐述了航空制造企业质量控制水平的两个主要因素,即公司质量体系控制水平和产品的质量水平。对于这两个指标来说,在航空制造行业通常用质量体系审核中不符合项的严重程度、个数和产品的单件故障率来进行表征。通过真实案例,本文描述了G公司全面导入ACE之前的质量管理状况和存在的问题,并深入探讨了公司如何通过ACE的全面导入和应用,将ACE和航空产品批量小、复杂性高和手工依赖性强的特点相结合,并最终极大的提升了G公司质量控制水平,提升了公司的竞争优势。 本论文主要研究内容可以分为以下六部分:第一部分阐述了论文的研究背景和研究意义,提出了航空制造企业质量管理水平的两个主要因素及其衡量指标;第二部分回顾了目前航空制造行业精益管理的主流方法论、ACE的理论基础和航空产品质量管理的系统要求;第三部分主要阐述了G公司航空产品质量管理状况和存在的主要问题;第四部分重点分析案例,深入探讨G公司如何引入ACE精益管理理念,并和公司航空产品的性质相融合,在质量文化制度、组织结构、工具方法和整体应用水平考核上进行改进;第五部分描述了G公司在成功应用ACE精益管理理念之后,公司质量控制水平的提升;结论和展望讨论了本文的不足和局限性,并进行了展望。  
英文摘要:In recent years, more and more passengers have chosen to travel by air, and airline business has got a big increase. The airlines are also racking their brains to attract more passengers. In addition to ticket prices and service quality, airlines are becoming more stringent in terms of safety, reliability and fuel efficiency, in order to gain greater competitive advantages and attract more passengers. This competition has become increasingly demanding for the design, manufacture, and quality control of the aircraft itself. Under such conditions, quality has become an important factor for aviation manufacturing enterprises to gain competitive advantages and improve the management level of the company. This thesis expounds two main factors of quality control in aviation manufacturing enterprises, namely, quality system control level and product quality level. For these two indicators, the aviation manufacturing industry usually uses the quality system audit in terms of the severity of the nonconformity and quantity of nonconformities, and the failure rate of a single product to characterize. Through the real case, this thesis describes the quality management status of G company before the introduction of ACE and the existing problems, and probes into how the company through the introduction of ACE, which combines ACE and aviation products’ features of small volume, high complexity and manual dependence, and greatly enhance the level of quality control of G company,at the same time obtained Competitive Excellence for G company. The main contents of this thesis mainly includes six parts: the first part describes the research background and significance of the research, put forward two main factors of the quality management level of aviation manufacturing enterprises and its indicators; the second part reviews the current mainstream lean manufacturing methodologies of aviation manufacturing industry, ACE theory and aviation products quality management requirements; the third part describes the quality management of G company status and main problems; the fourth part focuses on the analysis of case study of G company, how to introduce the ACE lean management concept, and the nature of the company and aviation product integration, to improve the quality culture system, organization structure, tool method and application of the overall level of assessment; the fifth part describes after the successful application of ACE lean management concept, G company improved the level of the quality control; summary and future and foresee discusses the shortcomings and limitations of this thesis, and looks into the future.
