| 中文摘要： | 当前，以智能制造为代表的第四次工业革命正在迅猛发展，全球化、智能化、信息化使企业的竞争环境和发展规模发生了深刻的变化。技术的不断发展，要求企业只有更快速地捕捉市场需求，不断地降低成本、生产出更具个性化的优质商品，才能真正地在激烈的市场环境下赢得一席之地。在这种激烈的竞争环境下，越来越多的企业开始意识到信息技术对于企业生存发展的重要性和战略意义，纷纷投入到信息化建设上，以期帮助企业不断地提高竞争实力。 然而，尽管企业对信息化的价值寄予很高的期望，信息化过程中也取得了显著的成效。但是，由于信息化投资本身具有的复杂性、收益无形性、高风险性等特点，实际信息化的应用与企业预期之间的落差也促使企业管理者不得不重新审视和评价信息化的绩效和价值。 本文首先在借鉴国内外对信息化绩效评价的相关研究成果基础上，对企业信息化建设的特定阶段进行深入研究。然后，基于平衡计分卡的相关理论，从公司业务和信息系统两个层面，创新型地设计了一套“业务+IT”复合式平衡计分卡的绩效评价模型，并以国内一家从事农产品加工销售的企业S公司作为研究对象，综合评价了该公司信息化建设产生的效果及影响，并提出了相应的改进意见，帮助企业更深刻地认识信息化带来的价值的同时，为今后的信息化建设提供理论上的指导和帮助。 希望本文能为国内类似企业建立信息化绩效评价机制提供有益的借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Recently, with the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing as the representative for The Fourth Industrial Revolution, globalization, intelligentization and informatization have brought about profound changes in the competitive environment. At the same time, the enterprises are required to capture the market demand more quickly, reduce more costs continuously and produce more quality products, in order to win a space in the fierce market environment. In such an environment, more and more enterprises have begun to realize the importance of information technology, and invested in informatization construction in order to improve their competitive strength. However, despite the fact that enterprises have the high expectation of the value of informatization and gain remarkable achievements, the gap between the application of real informatization and the expectation urges entrepreneur to re-examine and evaluate the value of informatization, due to the characteristics of information technology investment itself, such as complexity, invisibility, high risk. First of all, based on the research results of informatization performance evaluation at home and abroad, the paper made a deep research on the specific stage of enterprise informatization construction. Then, the author designed a set of “Business + IT” Combined Balanced Scorecard Performance Evaluation and evaluated S company as the research object, which is engaged in the processing and sale of agricultural products. Finally, the dissertation put forward the improvement suggestions to provide the guidance for the informatization construction in future. Hope to provide a beneficial model to establish the informatization performance evaluation system for other similar enterprises. | |
